You're right. In this situation, you can not hold tokens. It is necessary to sell tokens even with minimal profit, because most people will sell their tokens because of panic.
Most of tokens will gone, delisted, dissapear somehow as effects of GDPR(General Data Protection Regulation).I am not sure what will happen with GoNetWork token, only time can answer it.

Not necessarily. Even from the current situation in the market there were examples that immediately after entering the stock exchanges brought several to their holders. True, after this wave, they all rolled down much lower.
So at the very start it can be and shoot, and then down
Not saying you are wrong, but where do you get the idea of even minimal profit? People are selling on loss just to cut their losses or to wait at the end of the bear trend.
