Okay the talkie version of "Captain Disaster in The Dark Side of the Moon - TALKIE VERSION" is now out. Fully voiced by moi, it should (hopefully?!) appeal to fans of comedy sci-fi and traditional point and click adventures (who don't demand fantastic graphics! 
).

For myself, I have a little announcmenet about the talkie version of my freeware adventure game Captain Disaster in The Dark Side of the Moon. I just have a bit of file management to do and get someone to do a quick spot of testing and we'll be good to go.
In conjunction with this I'll be running a GoldPieces giveaway, to be able to get your free cryptocurrency you'll need to register at https://playforcrypto.com/ (as they'll be handling the technical side of the giveaway) and registering your GP wallet address there. More news on this soon - rghmodz is putting this into place.

Do I have to issue some special command to stake with Goldpiecesd, the commandline client? I'm a bit confused by the plethora of commands.
No, there is nothing you can do, 2,5 GP is created in each block no matter how many coins you have in your wallet! Only the number of coins in your wallet determines the probability for you to receive stakes.

There was an issue with the codebase I was using being picked back up by the original developer. I am working on another game though and will keep everyone updated.
Does this mean you're going to have to build it from the ground up now? Ouch...
Well yes but the company relaunched the classic version of their game so it was either this or continue working on that and risking copyright claims down the road :/, We're moving in the right direction at least even if it means releasing smaller games to begin with.
Yeah, would be awful to get the game nearly ready and suddenly receive a C&D letter. Rats. Thanks for the update though, give me a shout by PM if I can give you a hand.
