Are this the actual coins which are ok ?
Or do I have to swap them?

Yes, it is still possible to swap afaik. I have successfully swapped my old HAT tokens some days ago. But better get in touch with the team via Telegram before swapping to make sure.

I look at the whole thing a little bit ambivalent, on the one hand it is shocking what Marci found out, but on the other hand they really started from scratch. They gave us tokens for free, so I can see it all a bit more relaxed. Let's have a look:)
I don´t find it out. I heard a lot of rumors and wanted to check that for me.
Therefore i proofed with the Blockchain and shared my findings here - I hope in an way that everyone understand it.
I decided to sell it my HAT because I do not support such lies.
But everyone has to make that decision for themselves. I can not sleep with it, always thinking about that this project isn´t legit.
Okay, but you did your research and found it out for yourself, so it's kinda one way to interprete it.

Well, I see I won 6 HAT tokens from the kucoin as a reward for keeping my tokens there. At least I am glad that I did not mess with that download wallet for POS thingy

Anyway thanks for sharing the link of official statement dev explained so well on current situation I hope this will be helpful for the users to don't sell their tokens in panic. I hope this project will keep moving towards a good future ahead.

They have explained the current situation so well? Are you serios?
So many questions have been raised by the community which are not answered from the DEVs in the TG (after this official statement).
That is not serious what happens here.
Some examples:
They lied with the airdrop – it was ever said from them that they dropped 1 Mil Tokens (there are posts of the Main DEV “fls” in TG to proof this). Now in this statement the tokens are reserved?
Here in BCT you also can read this:
…Our initial supply is 2.5m out of which 1m was airdrop…
Hawala Dev team only holds 500k HAT out of which 250k is locked till 2019 oct.
They are suddenly not a US company unlike they said they were. Was this only a mistake?
The Tokens are not locked under contract unlike they said in Whitepaper?
They have not applied for the MSB license? But that was said since December in TG that they had.
Since there are no locked tokens as confirmed by DEVs, except the staked tokens, the circulating supply is at least 750k Hats short?
Then this Coinvat thing: “a key supporter …from day one”… Used to made high volume-very strange
All these Questions was asked and no answer –only “read the statement”

Actually there is no free lunch thing in crypto but this is strange why dev is silent on recent concern from the community I will avoid to buy anymore this token and would like to hear some words to make this situation clear and transparent.

You have no other hobbys then making people aware of "scam projects"?
The team didn´t hold any ICO or asked anyone to buy Hawala. They distrubted HAT for free.
But the team asked at no point to invest into hawala. It is not an ICO project like many others are.
So the devs are free to buy and sell as much as they want. It is theyr project. The hawala token is just an utility token. Not a "company share" or something like that who gives the holder a right to decide what the team does or what not.

But the team asked at no point to invest into hawala. It is not an ICO project like many others are.

You see it wrong. I like such projects which start with zero and all is based on their work.
BUT I don’t like projects when they lie in the fundamentals!
That’s reason for me enough to do my research.
Alone this point that they lied with the AirDrop is a nogo...
... a nogo for me... but when you are ok with this then buy! It’s a legit project!
The only thing they have done so far is a nice looking wallet and homepage!
