most likely.

took me just two weeks to get Qbase on three exchanges. And we are halfway to raising funds for a high volume exchange. 4 weeks in.
This lot have no consideration for their investors.

ICO finished 1st April, so that is half a year and it is the time to pay bounty, as BelugaPay mentioned in the WhitePaper.

i have understand that they begun giving the bounty hunters their deserved tokens. the main problem is that there is almost 1 year from the ico and they still not paied them in full. not a very good sign for this project.

Nop they are still here , there is apps out for IOS and Android and there is some latest news in telegram channel . Hopefully they will bring some good news out soon . Yes i know for the token there is almost no volume , but better build the product and make use case for beluga :p Better late than never

I agree with you, team announces news, and it is clear that there is activity.
There is no trading volume because the market is very bad, many projects have such a situation. We are waiting for 2019.

Nop they are still here , there is apps out for IOS and Android and there is some latest news in telegram channel . Hopefully they will bring some good news out soon . The manager has created a form to edit anything in the bounty spreadsheet if the participant doesn't feel right, he accepts the requests until September 30th. The bounty hunters will receive the BBI token after this time.
