I read your WP and understand that but is a utility token but from the legal point of view, BTT is what kind of token really? Can you explain?
Each BTT token provides its holders with access to the platform and marketplace services. Thus, as a basic asset that gives users the right to use the platform, BTT is a utility token by nature.
From the legal point of view, there are grounds to assume that the BTT token passes the Howey test and can thus be classified as a utility token.
