I just visited the site, it might have been updated 2-3 months ago but it does not look professional at all.

All websites are very poor and amateur. No matter they were updated two months ago, the point is they are very poor and with amateur looks.
Repeating that the team knows very well what they are doing would also not change a negative into a positive situation, if a negative situation were the case. Actually, even the whiners have a place here to some degree as they just keep putting some pressure on the team. And seriously, most projects are overfunded anyway and can get lazy pretty quickly.
