The white paper clearly states, that with the increase in production volume, the company will reduce its costs. Is that really possible?
Wholesale orders allow to decrease the cost of one component. Large orders allow to decrease the costs of their transportation. These all allows to decrease the costs.

Good day! Galaxy eSolutions company plans to saturate the market with their products within a short time after the ICO in order to satisfy the demand. I was wondering, what would help to quickly saturate the market?
The fact that we have a ready-made production and agreements with official service suppliers.

13-month guarantee – that's really cool, no one has anything similar. Is there a chance that the guarantee period will be extended or reduced in the future?
It depends on the conditions of production, but we’re trying to do everything possible in order to make the refurbished device to work as long as possible.

I don't understand! If GES believes that Chinese smartphone manufacturers have great prospects in the future, why doesn't the company want to include them in its range?

The problem isnt the absence of the desire, but the absence of the agreements with the partners on the fact that we’re not going to sell the products in the internal Chinese market. Our company wont violate them.

The company shouldn’t think that they will be able to pull such a large market alone. Yes, they will easily outcompete small competitors, but it would be better to cooperate with them somehow, so to expand the market together. Then the effect would be much better!
I think that the company plans to organize its own trading platform, where everyone will be able to sell their restored smartphones. So, both ordinary individuals and small companies will be able to do it.
Oh, will it be something like Amazon or Aliexpress?
Yes, something like this. Anyone will be able to register on the trading platform and sell their products there. This will guarantee Galaxy’s projects an extensive range with a large reserve.
Well, yeah, Galaxy eSolutions has scrupulously thought over this moment. I can’t say anything. But will the company benefit somehow from this?
Yes, of course. The company will charge a fee from each seller. It will also let Galaxy get additional income. Therefore, it will be of the company’s interest to attract as many of these partners as possible to the trading platform.
Is the amount of the commission already known?
The exact amount of commissions will be announced by the time of the launch if these services.

I have read somewhere that the Galaxy eSolutions will motivate its clients to repeat purchases. How will the company do that? It’s very interesting.

Hello! Why will the company specialize only on restored smartphones? After all, there are many other gadgets, that can be sold the same way.

Everyone says that Galaxy will not have any competitors, but there are a lot of projects, where different people, who repair smartphones themselves, sell them. For example, Amazon, eBay, or Newegg. Won't they be competitors?

They can be only called indirect competitors. Anyway, according to experts, quality of restored smartphones on such platforms is lower, than that of Galaxy eSolutions.
So there are such expert assessments? And what are they?
Yes, such assessments do exist. Experts estimate these sites by 65 points out of 100 in terms of quality and price.
Did experts conduct an assessment of Galaxy eSolutions according to these criteria?
Yes, Galaxy has also received such an assessment. The quality was estimated at 85 points out of 100, but price is a bit lower — 70 points out of 100. But still, as you can see, these estimates are higher than those of the above competitors.
Is there any company that has higher figures than Galaxy?
