Don't base your conclusion on how the thread looks or on how anything looks, do some (extensive) research before you throw your money at something ...
Your comment should be pinned as a big fat red post above your log-in window on bitcointalk
I guess people still wouldn't care...Though it doesn't guarantee that everyone will make any research.

What if I don't want to wait so long (jUNE 30) Can i get a refund?
I'd say probably not. The only potential case where you could get a refund is if the ICO can't achieve its soft cap at the end of the its period. It would be up to the team (or to a community vote), to either chose to proceed with the project (even if the soft cap is not reached) or to refund everybody.
We'll embark on the project even if we raise 85% of soft cap - in that case we'll have to part with the 5% of the budget allocated for 'Contingencies" and 10% assigned for the opening of the International offices.
If the fundraising gets obviously stuck and the Community wants us to stop, we'll issue refunds. However, I believe that everyone who expressed interest in this project wants it to be implemented - otherwise they wouldn't have supported us. So we reviewed our strategy and do our best to reach the goal.

How do you think, based on the interest of the project on the part of investors, will you reach a hard cap?
It's too early to make "to-the-moon" predictions at this point of time, but I believe that reaching soft cap is more than feasible. The market is changing, you know, so what was possible for ICOs a year ago is getting harder now, and it's not about the product and its innovation at all.

Do you accept buyers from every country?
Probably people from China and the USA are forbidden to join, because ICOs are banned in these countries.maybe you guys know how to avoid this restriction?
You have to attach documents to buy tokens (id and address)
Its possible only if you have dual citizenship, i think...or if you falsify you documents
