If they reach only 5 million, then there will be a second sale. The goal is 50 million.

From WP - If only the minimum fund raising goal is achieved, we will run the second offer of coins after the platform is built.
Instead of trying to create a global platform with minimal funding, we will focus on a number of specific markets based on selection criteria.
