Only you can make that decision bro.
But if you're holding 18k now, maybe adding 7k makes sense. Would be depressing if it rises to quickly after the release and makes it to expansive for you to ever run the masternode.
I reckon you still have a few days to decide, can't see this rise much on wawesdex anymore.

well BTC has been down a few weeks so we know there will be a BTC pump in a month or two so I'm kinda waiting on that but i was in the wager ICO i sold some to get my investment back but now I need around 7000
more to get a master node so i need to make a decision if it will be worth it

That's very conservative thinking in my opinion.
Get this listed on kucoin or binance, coupled with some good marketing from the team's side (as promised) and it could rise very quickly.
BTC going to the moon would obviously postpone this for some time.

250k ? you cant be serious ? $10 in a few months ? I think its a good investment but , that would require a ton of news and betting to be already full swing

I was thinking more inline of r $2-5 by june or so, which is why Im debating on not buying so much since other coins could possibly rise more

I can see Wagerr going parabolic if and when it hits a major exchange after 15 January. So I doubt the masternode will ever be cheaper then right now.
I'm gonna set up my masternode, try to forget about it and sell it for 200k+ sometime this year
Or maybe I won't at all if it turns out to be to profitable to have it up and running.

well damn price is now .92  , a masternode will be almost $25k if this keeps up

much of your questions are covered on the website. ~50% of fee tokens are burned. % of fees per bet differs on the size of the bet and price of wagerr. However, 1m wagerr will be minted yearly.

Current estimate is around 50k bets a month at 50$ avg would result in 150,000wgr destroyed and 1m minted. Its called value coupling. The higher the value of wgr the less tokens burned

There was a post on reddit regarding the requirements for setting one up (2gb RAM etc). VPS is best option since 99.9% availability is a requirement.
Anyone else setting a masternode up? I havent seen any instructions anywhere on the main website ahead of the mainnet release.

Hi there.  From what I was told, there's only one way to buy WGR tokens, and that's through the waves exchange.  I'm sure there will be more exchanges after the launch on 15th.  I bought some more the other day and it was easy:

Step 1: Go to waveswallet.io and register an exchange account.
Step 2: Ask someone in this thread (or me) to tip you a small amount of Waves on the exchange (you'll need it, since the exchange has you pay for your buy/sell fees with Waves, even though you need Waves to buy Waves; it's sorta stupid, just go with it lol).  All you need is a tiny amount of waves.  Even 0.01 Waves would be enough.
Step 3: Go to the wallet section of the exchange, and click the Deposit button for BTC.  The exchange will not let you deposit less than 0.01 BTC (also stupid, I know, especially with how high BTC is right now).
Step 4: Once your BTC shows up in your account, head to the "market" section or whatever, type "wagerr" in the search bar, click the only one that shows up, and buy whatever amount you'd like.

And you're done! (You won't be able to transfer them to a WGR wallet until main-net launches, where you will convert these WGR tokens to actually WGR)


I'll be honest with you, I don't remember how much masternodes were, I thought they were 20k WGR, but it's been a while since I've seen anyone mention it so I'm not sure.  I also don't know the specifics on how they work.  Sorry, I tried to help as much as I could. xD

And where are you trying to get out? On the Wave wallet? It seems that the fart wrote that it does not need to worry, let them lie there Now I already doubt it

When I invested in the ICO I was dreaming about $2 at some point. Now we are coming closer and closer to this milestone even before the mainnet launch. I already set my exit point to at least $10, as I want to hold my WGR at least for one or two years after the platform launched.
