ICO price can't be changed because it is already built code which is already implemented in the smart contract and cannot be changed. I think INS team has made more than what they expected and still, ICO is running.

Why won't you accept funds from people in the U.S.?
because of the sec.
US law prohibited US citizen to participate on any ICO and I don't know why they do that.
