I wonder if they declared the income from the ICO to the IRD (or what ever you call it in the US). or are they gonna try say it was from the singapore company that didn't exist and the seychelles company that didn't exist at the time (does it exist now?)

i wonder if they paid tax in the other countries lol. doubt it. they'd just tell the irs company confidential or trust us we did. such smart guys

wow wildshark care to comment

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/2017-07-26-icos-to-be-regulated-the-same-as-ipos-in-the-us-2047995

seems icos are securities. not sure 100% but i think korvas didnt see them as that either. doesnt matter if you have an offshore company if you sold to us citizens. pretty sure xpy and ion was sold to us citizens in that phase.

o noes... hope they didnt sell to us citizens. maybe wildshark can show the sec the errors of their judgement.

https://www.sec.gov/litigation/investreport/34-81207.pdf

Took them long enough but it looks like the ETH shittoken wave finally caught their attention. It was silly to expect a free pass on security laws by calling it an ICO instead of IPO, or by using a Seychelles address.

BTW Garza gets a mention in the document... his dream of stardom coming true, albeit in a criminal way.

so mr coins was right? sec approved for lawsuits?

im sure ion will be fine because even though huey lives in usa and sells to everything hes very clever and thought of everything.. that incorporation outside usa foiled the sec. such business peowess!

Luckily for ionomy, their relative obscurity is probably going to help them slip under the SEC radar. If the SEC decides to go after ICOs there are much jucier targets. However we shouldn't underestimate the idiocy permeating this project. They are very capable of shooting themselves in the foot. E.g. a misguided press release boasting about some "never done before" financial feature - such as an "investment opportunity" in masternode hosting - could light the radar up.

korvas are you trying to win liar of the month? show me where i said the 8:1 deal was a bad option else you are telling lies. i said you numbers are wrong. i said your 9 cents turned into current price was wrong because for that to happen you had to buy all you xpy at the low which very few did. many and id guess yourself included bought xpy at a higher rate not the 9 cents. you are giving false numbers by not taking the median price in xpy.

you are happy to present a number and look for data only when it matches your desired outcome. you sir are a liar.

You are not stupid but.....

In the real world normally people make a claim then use data to back up whatever claim they were making. Only a dumb ass would make a claim posting data that was  contrary to what they were saying. Why would you ask me to do this again and again and again

Until you publish data backing up your statement of  'You sir are a liar' you're just full of shit

you just contradicted yourself! in the real world people back statement with data. you made a statement and your data was 2 numbers! ill tell you what you back yours and ill show mine. ill even be kind and show 4.
- xpy full ico price to ion now
- xpy 3/4 price to ion now
- xpy 1/2 price to ion now
- xpy end price to ion now

im going to go on a limb and guess that only the last one has a value. few wouldhave bought that low.

2) Trying to position the Gravity exploit as a problem with the API..... bullshit

https://www.cnet.com/uk/news/apple-security-update-iphone-ipad-ios-hack-broadpwn/

What does your link have to do with anything?

Of course the shitty API is the problem... it allows fake scores to be submitted to the leaderboard and the "team" was manually removing them FOR 5 FUCKING MONTHS until they got bored and called it an exploit.

Oh you didn't get the memo Sad just another example of bullshit positioned as facts..... like I'm gonna tell you

Considering you lurk on slack 24/7 I'm surprised this slipped through

You're making less sense than usual. You call something bullshit and then answer a question by calling it bullshit too  Grin

Your argumentation skills may need some work. Just saying.

If you'd been monitoring slack then you would understand what I meant...... maybe you went off for a shit when the update was posted and so missed it

Anyway I'm on holiday now bye bye

Yeah right  Grin

You're lying. There is nothing on slack (or anywhere) to tie the broadpwn exploit to the Gravity exploit. But it's nice to have the slack excuse because you can always weasel out of substantiating your claim as everybody knows slack is uber-crappy for finding stuff.

I did however find a link to torbokipanda ranting on StackExchange, so that was entertaining. Thanks for reminding to visit slack.

lots of coins going up... exchanges have btc in and out frozen so people are raising coins to pull existing btc funds on exchanges into their wallets on exchange.

like when ion wallet on bittrex wasnt taking withdrawals there was a pump. people knew nobody could get ion in to sell so they had it cornered. its pumper tricks 101 korvas.

that is unless ionomy released games overnight or some big feature. you dont even use logic. you just go all nuts on a price rise and stop replying on big drops. when it goes back down into the 20ks ill remind you and im sure you wont reply to it then or you'll blame some troll or something im sure

oOoO are you trying to win bullshitter of the month  Smiley

1) Bitrex had frozen their BTC wallet for how long...... 24 hrs max Huh??. ION's wallet was frozen for much longer ..... at least a week. One was in preparation for a soft fork the other to stop an exploit. If there was parity in the frozen wallet timescales then okay valid point but there wasn't so bullshit

2) Trying to position the Gravity exploit as a problem with the API..... bullshit

https://www.cnet.com/uk/news/apple-security-update-iphone-ipad-ios-hack-broadpwn/

3) Trying to position the 8 to 1 XPY/ION conversion as a bad option then demanding I provide you with data to justify something which is a just plain wrong is bullshit. Asking me to pull data together to substantiate your assumption is also kinda stupid too....... You do know that for every cent the ION price rises it makes your assumption more ridiculous

Ion could do with another boost especially when you consider Ionomy have yet to make any announcements. Your bullshit alone could take ION to $2...... fingers crossed  Smiley

Are masternodes going up again. Because of uncertainty about bitcoins reputation bcus of hardfork?

Not the only reason but definitely an element. Interestingly if you look at the whole crypto market BTC still represents 48% of it.

A big thanks to you and your fellow bullshitters. Your bullshit is having  a real impact on the price

https://i.gyazo.com/4c9a260be681d71906e8cc2249062aa7.png

If the increase starts to stall before we get to $2 could you or your friends inject some more bullshit.... don't think the btc soft fork will be enough so I suggest you finish the post with a momma joke, something like

yo korvas128 yo momma so dumb, when she went to the movies and saw the "Under 17 not permitted" sign, she left to get 16 of her friends

That should do the trick  Smiley

Sorry about your mother.

You seem to have this illusion that "trolls" are somehow dependent on the price or trying to influence it or some shit like that. I'm quite sure that most folks in this thread don't own ION and haven't shorted it either. Moreover, quite a few probably hold or use Bitcoin and/or other coins that have actual utility or at least volume.

This ION pump will ensure more comedy for the future when the "team" gets hacked, or "hacked", or just falls flat on their faces trying to do another U-turn. All I hope for is that the new bagholders (if there are any, and not just the same paycoiners buying from each other) are making an informed choice to invest in this thrice-failed flustercuck.
