I've received some messages forth and back with kraken support, which is good. In which they confirmed it was alright, but the confirmation didnt go through to unlock my account.

Could you please do this, it has already been verified one day ago. Ticket id 272777

Sorry I'm not able to respond to every post, but I am still forwarding request numbers to support and asking them to escalate. Posting your request number here is best since support can get the number without waiting for me to forward it. You can also give me the request number by DM but it will likely take support longer to get it this way.

We are expanding the support team as rapidly as we can and doing other things to try to serve everyone as quickly as possible, but the entire crypto space is seeing incredible growth right now that is very difficult to keep up with.

Our USD payment provider for US residents recently updated their system and are having a technical issue with the update. They are working to fix as soon as possible, but currently this issue is creating problems for some US residents trying to transfer USD. This issue does not affect clients outside the US transferring USD or any other currency.    

 



Here is my ticket number 273356. If you can help me with my issue. Mine is with a withdrawl from Kraken after I sold my bitcoin. I am trying to withdraw USD to a US bank. I have made 5 attempts now, and within minutes I get a failure. My bank says they see nothing on their end as far as a wire trying to come through. Kraken support replied but they replied about wanting my deposit number. My issue is not a deposit into Kraken. It is a withdrawl from Kraken.

You must be getting really bored and pissed off, trying to prop up Krakens broken support system. Should you not feel embarrassed how ineptly some of the management decisions are being made, at Kraken HQ?

BTW, any chance you could have a go at answering the question ive asked about 5 times now?.......

Why should i accept your Kraken shitcoin token as a resolution to your system not executing my stop loss order for 36 hours, and then executing it, at a loss to me?

We've already been over this. You refuse to provide your request number and I already explained that I can't assist you any further without it.

Well ain't that great. My Euro withdrawal is on hold for unknown reasons, been using kraken for years and it's the first time i'm having issues. And having issues when it comes to my money, there's a zero tolerance policy. If they don't sort this out i'm done with Kraken, no matter my good experience in the past, ruin it once, you ruin it forever.

Let's hope it ends good

... neither my existing account nor her account will be suspended/closed/effected in any way by working with both accounts from the same laptop/IP.

Don't worry, Kraken doesn't block you or cause any problems for having two accounts logged in with same public IP.
I've done this with my partner many times.
You can even use the same computer if you want, but use separate profiles in Chrome or different browsers.

I am unable to withdraw my money and every request is met with a "failure" within minutes. I had received an email from the support team, but it simply described deposit instructions. I have yet to hear back from them again. Anybody else having the same problem?
