Did you send two deposits with the same amount right after another? This causes delays...
My deposit is also "on hold". I have sent only one amount. This happens for the first time. Generally fidor deposits are almost instant. Still no answer to my ticket.
Will surely be using bitcoin.de next time.

If the deposit is from a Fidor account, we've had an issue with some transfers where we only receive your Fidor username through the API. This is a problem since we have to check to make sure the name on the bank account matches the name on the Kraken account. So, we have to put those transfers on hold until we can manually check that the names match. After we check once, we then whitelist your bank account so it won't happen again even if your real name doesn't come through the API.
