as i understand depositing in eur works well? How long it takes to make a deposit so moneys goes from acc to kraken acc? 1 day?

It's been more than one week that i made 4 money transfers in Euros to Kraken, and i didn't receive one yet...

wow, why is that? i did sent on 2017 12 21 and on a next day there were money on Kraken.

I just receive their answer :

We monitor incoming deposits for possible duplicate deposits (i.e. you make one deposit, but due to a banking error it gets credited to your account twice). So if you make two deposits of the same amount that come into our system within a 72-hour time window it triggers our safety protocol and the second deposit gets put on hold.

Your deposit will be released after an additional review within 1-2 business days.

To prevent a similar problem in the future, we suggest you always use different deposit amounts. For example, instead of depositing € 1000 twice on two consecutive days, it's better to make two deposits in different amounts, e.g. € 998 and € 1002. This routine is also helpful in the case of missing deposits investigations. The amount is one of the key search parameters in the banking industry and the more 'unusual' it is, the more easily a payment is traced.

Hello Kraken support , i have opened 6-7 tickets from saturday from my 2 deposit  ON HOLD made with internal transfer from FIDOR , i'm not received any answer

I have another issue... Now I want to send 0.1ETH from my kraken account to somewhere else. I'm at Tier 3 and I get an error message, that apparently I need to verify at tier 4 because I exceeded my deposit/withdraw limits... The limit at tier 3 is $50,000 and all I'm trading to do is send away 0.1ETH... Is that for real???

Deeply confused right now... Unless you're telling me 1 ETH is now worth more than 500,000 dollars  Roll Eyes Grin

EDIT: And to top that, I now experience a good ol' ERROR 502 four times out of five  Roll Eyes

Hi FerdinandBardamu. We're seen a few clients talking to us about the error message about needing a higher Tier. This used to happen when our trading engine was under strain, but those issues are resolved at this point. Please clear your cache and this should resolve that issue. As for the 502 that you were receiving, it may have to do with this and it should be resoled now.

Hi again - I provided all the info requested to unlock 2FA.. do you know if there is an ETA on addressing this (the other exchanges I use have all now unlocked 2FA but kraken is my main USD trading platform).

More than one week i did my transfers to KRAKEN and i am still waiting for them... service in KRAKEN is not very good and when you contact them they always send you the same automatic answer... Do you know another platform where you can RECEIVE your money in a good time ? thanks

my funding limits are not exceeded, funds is not tied up in open orders.

got some open positions but not big.. before the update it wasnt a problem to withdraw..

Via funding/withdrawal I tried to withdraw crypto, but I get the following message:
This action is not available for tier level 2

Your current funding tier level (2) is insufficient for this functionality. Please further verify your account to increase your tier level and funding limits.

I do have tier2 verification and tier2 says I can withdraw $2.500 crypto per week. As this is the first time I am trying to withdraw I'm not sure if I did the right thing? Or is there perhaps still an issue with being withdrawals disabled?

Hello,

Approximately 3 weeks ago I made a new deposit to my Kraken account but forgot the reference. 2 weeks ago I raised a ticket (1307925) but apart from an automated reply stating they're sorry they did not get back to me yet, I have not heard anything. Meanwhile I have sent 3 reminders but nothing but silence.

Next to that, last week Tuesday I made a withdrawal on my account but did not get an email (nor in my spam) asking to verify my account. Ever since my payment is on hold. For this issue I also raised a ticket (1415308) but again no response whatsoever.

As the total of the deposit and withdrawal equals a significant amount, I really expect at least an answer..!! Can someone please contact me?!

I must also admit that the upgrade that was taking place some days earlier,is consider a succesful one.
Considering that now to put an order is almost instant. That includes cancelations too and changing between currency/pairs is faster than ever.

Yes - that was the reason given to me by support when my first couple of withdrawals failed and I had to resubmit a picture. Didn't hear anything about the second one being too blurry though.

Was it quick it limited my account to only $50k.

One week ago I wrote to complain about the disaster upgrade thas was going on. It was terrible, however I have to say now that at least the upgrade is working now very well. Orders entering inmediately and also I apreciate the zero fees period (although it'd be better if you kept it longer  Wink)

Has anyone gotten a message similar to this

"Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, our funding partner's OCR software is rejecting your U.S. Government issued ID. Can you please attach (to this email chain) a new, clearer photo of your ID?"

Then resubmitted their id and then was told it was still to blurry. I thought that was a bit odd.
