I have been trying to contact support since Jan 3 regarding a EUR wire that was sent from Kraken to my bank and rejected due to a sudden change in their 'crypto policies'. I provided full SWIFT details of the return, however they have simply ignored my support requests except for one Mario almost 1 week ago who wrote to say they needed more details to which I provided the SWIFT details
Do they have any other form of contact other than the useless support site? Phone number? A real office?

This sounds to me like nothing more than an excuse. I have given EVA (support) all the information as requested. She replied only that an Account Access specialists would look into the matter, nothing about any merged tickets and no replies whatsoever since then. Instead of excuses and more useless forms, why not just have someone get off his lazy behind and solve the matter?!?!

Update--another wire attempt, this time out to a different US bank account and smaller in size, has now FAILED. Again, I have no knowledge as to why it has failed or what I can do about it.  And no human email contact with Kraken support, nor support ticket requests, has been responded to.  Please, Kraken, let us know what is up...

I've had 5 failed USD withdrawals from Kraken since 12/30, 0 successful USD withdrawals. I was told by support that there is a technical issue verifying account info through their funding partner. Doesn't really help much, since I'd really like my USD. I have another withdrawal in queue. It's not just you.

Hi cc-trader. Sometimes the invalid amount error can be cause by adding a number such as ".01" or "0,01" rather than "0.01". Please make sure this is not the issue. Also be sure to check if you have any open orders tying up your BCH balance. If this does not resolve your issue, please open a ticket here and escalate that ticket using this form. They have surely a huge amount of support tickets to deal with, and once the site came back online I am sure a lot of members jumped immediately to send a ticket.
Add to this the fact that some people send multiple tickets for the same problem which doesn't help anyone and make the waiting time worst.

I had the same problem a while back, but after some hours it was showing on the account.

I can make the attempted withdrawal but it fails on the last/step confirm page and doesn't go through. Hopefully their support will chime in on here soon. If anyone does get one to go through though please let us know.

I am tier 4, not over my limit.  Fears start dancing around that can become self-fulfilling regarding liquidity of Kraken, which we have no insight into.  Liquidity fears can turn into liquidity realities if they get out of hand.  
I've already expedited my original support request from 9 days ago by submitting the form so often quoted on this site.  

 Kraken, can you all  help assuage our concerns about liquidity, and tell us if there are delays in wiring out USD?   Thank you!

On the 3rd of January I wrote you this regarding case number 1070112 (open since December 12th):

Dear Kraken,

I have had an issue for 3 weeks and have sent several emails about this. I keep getting the same reply. I got locked out of my account on December 12th after I added an ethereum withdrawal address. I followed the guide on your website, changed my password and used 2FA. The password was changed but the account still shows locked when I log in. The request number is 1070112. I need the account to be unlocked but cannot seem to get ANY response from your support team.

A few days afterwards I received an answer asking me to use a Google link to escalate the case, and a few days after that an email from your support asking me for a lot of information. I provided that information the next day. Your support crew member then replied (also a few days afterwards) that the request would be forwarded to your Account Access specialists. This was 10 days ago!!! Since then there has been no reply whatsoever, even when I replied the support crew email asking for a status. My account has now been locked, funds and all, for over 5 weeks!!!!!!! I HAVE PROVIDED YOU ALL THE DETAILS YOU HAVE ASKED FOR!!!! This should have been enough to release the account. I have funds in the account I cannot access. This case needs to be resolved yesterday, you cannot deal with clients in this way!!!!



Hi MohAli59. It looks like your old ticket was merged into the newer ticket which is causing further delays. In the future, please only open one ticket for each issue as opening more than one will only cause further delays.

Update... Another  wire USD withdrawal attempt just converted from Pending to Failure. I even added a new bank account, to see if that will work, with first effort a couple of days ago (still listed as pending). Has ANYONE had a successful USD wire out of KRAKEN in the last several days?  I am trying to determine if this is a system issue at Kraken, or an issue with my account.  Expedited support requests all filed already, but no answers yet.

I've already attempted to accelerate my original support request through submitting the form so often quoted on this site. 

I think it is time for Kraken team to help assuage our nerves, or at least tell us if our concerns about liquidity are real, but manageable over a week or so.



I think people panic too easily, but I guess there is always the chance of that one time when something catastrophic does happen (gox etc). I was hoping issues would be resolved with the upgrade but if problems persist people should just take their custom elsewhere. Exchanges are always convenient but I'll probably just start trying to sell my coins for cash or direct bank transfer soon because I've never used one that is free from issues and the fees are never nice  Cheesy.

More than two weeks ago I requested Tier 3 verification from Kraken but haven't heard a word from them.

Anyone have any advice/ideas on getting them to act on my request?  At Tier 2, I can withdraw $0 fiat (despite what it says on their tiers page) and very little crypto.

Anyone facing delays with deposits ? I did a transfer this morning and it didn't go through yet in my Kraken account. All the transfers I did before took less then 7 hours :O

I am increasingly concerned. I've attempted several times to get USD wired out of Kraken over the past 8 days, and the wire requests have "Failed" or stay as "Pending", without reason given. I am tier 4. I have submitted at least two support requests with zero response (one was sent 7 days ago).  I know Kraken was working hard last week fixing their new trading engine.  But the failure to wire money both BEFORE that shutdown period as well as afterward is starting to get concerning.  Anyone else having trouble with fiat withdrawals?

Anyone know if withdrawals are allowed right now? Just got a red 'Permission denied' error but don't know whether it's just not permitted currently or an error with the site and to keep trying. I guess maybe a lot of people are requesting them due to the crash so not sure whether they've still blocked them or not.
