My experience:
On 29/12/2017 I order a sepa founding for kraken
My bank confirmed the transaction but kraken
Support on 7/01/2018 write me they see my deposit
But need 24-48h for founding on my account
And sign the ticket "solved".
On 14/01/2018 kraken write me on another ticket
They dont see my deposit.
On 7th they see and on 14th dont?
I lose my money, i dont understandt whats the problem,
Support don t help me!

Anyone is facing this weird thing or I missed something?
My account balance has been credited with Lumen (XLM) today but I have never used it and never generated an address to deposit either. The ledger is showing "transfer". Beside this XLM balance there is a * symbol.

EDIT: @not.you do you know how come we got credited some XLM?

At first, I kept getting invalid login but I tried to reset my password after
Now it just says "Account temporarily disabled" and I'm not able to access my account at all!
I sent a ticket to support (#1363977) but I'm not sure what else to do at this point

Now that many of us were given a sprinkling of stellar lumen can the minimum trade amount on that be lowered?  A minimum of 300 with a value of .61 USD means a minimum trade amount of around $183 which seems a bit high to me.  You can certainly create orders on other pairs that are a lot lower value than that.

Hi not.you. I've put in a request for a lower trade limit. The problem with crypto rising so quickly is that what once seemed like a normal limit now seems high!

Wait, what? Do you tell us to spam your website by creating new accounts continuously until we get an account whose get verified tab is available? I just can't believe this is your solution.

I was plannin to open a Kraken account for some time, I decided finally and I did it today. And then I see "verification is currently unavailable" warning on the screen. I can go to Bitfinex and create a new account but I like Kraken, please don't lose your new customers by not fixing this verification problem for newcomers.

I still can't understand one thing, if I see this "verification is currently unavailable" warning on my account, then do I have to open a new account? Isn't there another way? Won't you fix this problem? Please be more specific. We can't keep creating accounts until we get one without that warning, this is really not logical and fair.
