But need 24-48h for founding on my account

They dont see my deposit.
On 7th they see and on 14th dont?
I lose my money, i dont understandt whats the problem,

I've sent a support request - no human response. The withdrawal address that I am using has been used many times before but I can't even cancel the withdrawal to try another address.
I also get nonsense messages when I try to withdraw LTC. Something about not being available to Tier 4 verification.
