setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
cgminer.exe --kryptohash -o 127.0.0.1:38912 -u user -p x --shaders 2560 --shaders-mul 8

i get only 41khs with my r9 290 hawai... ? any ideas why ?

updated my drivers to last version
now
gpu0 140khs
gpu1 100
gpu2 100
gpu3 100 hw 1
gpu4 100

You'll probably have gpu 1,2,3 and 4 HW also. If not count yourself lucky.

We all have only been able to get 1 gpu to mine.

Dev is working on a fix for that.

How many coins exist right now?
With 100k which were premined?

He's prolly burned half of it generating work for mining.
Don't focus on what I already know Smiley

On the other hand lets not ignore an facts...
I asked the same question 3 times.. Grin No one is able to answer it.
Each time I get an answer to a question I didn't ask.

OK, FINE!.  I WAS just enjoying my drink, but I'll drop everything FOR YOU and setup a full featured block explorer visible by only localhost after I install IIS.  Mind you even though this coin passes NIST standards and bitcoin now doesn't..  nah nah, neeh nah nah...  But I'll get off my sorry ass after I finish my drink and a nights sleep okay?  No, wait, piss off, do it yourself.

Did you have mining setup before?  Did you backup your conf file?

I can mine if the wallet is on the windows pc and miner on Linux box but for some reason that escapes me the Linux miner cannot connect to the local running kryptohasd even though i see connected peers with ./kryptohashd getinfo

Yes, the config file of the wallet is in /home/xx/.kryptohash/kryptohash.conf and the wallet data lies one folder beneath that in /home/xx/.kryptohash/region0

stack at "5 day(s) behind"     Embarrassed

Sorry man, you gotta find your install dir and run "kryptohash-qt.exe --reindex"

There is a var in reg entry 'strDataDir' but it isn't 'system' and usable from cmd prompt.  Failing that backup your wallet.dat file to another dir and delete the region0 directory, launch  app and when finished pulling blockchain replace your wallet.dat file.  You'll find your way!

tried "delete the whole region0 directory" and problem solved.  thanks.

New Wallet version 0.3.8 - MANDATORY UPGRADE

https://github.com/kryptohash/kryptohash/releases/tag/v0.3.8

VERY IMPORTANT

1) Backup your wallet.dat file.
2) Execute kryptohashd or kryptohash-qt with the --reindex  parameter for ONE TIME to allow the wallet to fork correctly at block 5900.

Back to mining at block 5903 at diff 9.69883645.

...and got it!
[2014-12-09 23:57:01] Found block for pool 0!
[2014-12-09 23:57:01] Accepted 13c1e79b Diff 12/9 BLOCK! GPU 0
[2014-12-09 23:57:05] Waiting for work from Pool 0

However 8 tries?  (A:9)
GPU 0:  50.0C 3127RPM | 145.3K/79.13Kh/s | A:9 R:0 HW:0 WU:0.2/m I:-10

It didn't show me 8 false positives... Huh

Would be good to let exchanges know if you are going to honor insta-mining.
