This month we have been very busy with token distribution (happening this week), bonuses and refunds, so the news flow has a been a little slow, apologies!

We have begun R&D and are on track to release our beta in Q1 2019. After a few months of beta testing we should be ready for commercial release!

Both! We are developing our own software, mainly focusing on the operating system/interface. We have signed 12 official partners, 10 of which are AR app developers who we will be working closely with to deliver great content.

Additionally, we are developing a decentralized app marketplace for Lucyd Lens which will enable anyone to start creating and sharing AR content, easily and freely.

You will be able to buy our hardware with any currency, including USD and BTC. But we are trying to power our AR content marketplace wholly on the LCD token, to let developers keep more traditional app revenue and improve the convenience and security. We plan to make it extremely easy to acquire and liquidate LCD tokens as needed, completely within the smartglass interface. We see the true potential of LCD bridging value in the real world with that in the AR world, letting users join our platform and purchase content anonymously, and giving more control over content to the community with a token-based ratings system for apps and media.

We're happy to share! We raised about $6.1 million. We will be burning about 10m tokens leaving the total supply at 90m (40m circulating, rest for blockchain, business development and team).

I think now the team is busy developing smart glasses. The release of prototype models is planned on 2019

I can not get to the "road map" section on their website. But as far as I can remember, the prototype should appear somewhere in September of this year.
