Thanks.  And the address is . . .?

Holy shit. This is really what you are concerned with right now, with so much actual work to do? You can't wait two days and look on the Rich List and see one address at the top with 2014 coins?

There. Fuck

Thanks for taking the time to hit ctrl-c ctrl-v.

Again, I'm not trying to be a dick.  Not sure why that was so hard, you were very above the board with the raffle, keeping the entry list public and doing the live random drawing.

Yes, which is why you should trust I will do the same for this  Wink

Now you have to change it to "only 2013.99 coins"

I don't really care about the 100 from the raffle.  You sponsored the raffle, you purchased the S3's, I don't care what you did with those coins, those are YOURS, and if you sold them to help pay for the S3's I don't blame you.

My concern is about the unclaimed coins, the possibly hundreds of MMXIV belonging to folks who aren't watching this thread and have no idea their coins are about to become worthless if they don't transfer them to Bittrex by Sunday, or contact you to get new coins.  Those coins are not yours, they belong to other MMXIV wallet holders, yet they are in your possession.

How can we track it on the rich list if we don't know which wallet it is?

There will be an address with 2014 coins

I'll probably end up just picking a random address everyday on the multipool and sending them 1 MMXIV for free with the ones that aren't claimed after some time

The balance is now 2013.99 because you were being so impatient and I had to pay a transaction fee, which is not paid to miners, but destroyed, to slightly offset the coins generated by PoS

Website will be down for a few days for updates

pool.mmxivcoin.com:8082 will still be available, as well as the download links on the site

I was getting errors earlier from this and had to pull my scrypt miner away.

Pool is currently down for mining until ThePeePs gets the last payout done on the old chain

You are quick, I was editing when you replied!

"When can we send our coins to the new wallet, or do we have to keep them on bittrex?"

Old chain addresses started with 1, new chain starts with M - You will have to exchange them through Bittrex. It's impossible send cross chain

What if I have them on Bittrex now and want to send them to the new wallet can I or do I need to wait?

I'm not sending Bittrex any coins until the cutoff on Sunday, so I know how many to send. Don't try to withdraw to the new chain. It won't even work, anyway

Oh okay I thought Bittrex was already set up so that once we send in our coins we could withdrawal the new ones.

So what will happen to the unclaimed MMXIV?

Also why is the Linux wallet version v0.4.0ppc-6-g38d7b9d-beta while the Windows wallet is v1.0.0.0-unk-beta?

There are 2014 coins on the old chain and 2014 coins starting on the new chain. There are no extras

I realize there are 2014 coins on both the old and new chain.  That is not what I'm talking about.

To trade in old MMXIV for new MMXIV, the coins must be on Bittrex by Sunday.  It is highly unlikely that the entire supply of all 2014 MMXIV exists in Bittrex wallets right now, so there's going to be alot of extra new MMXIV leftover that doesn't get transferred to anyone.

For those who did not get their coins to Bittrex by Sunday, those people have to contact you and provide their private key in order to get their coins.  It is very likely that alot of people who have modest amounts of MMXIV are no longer paying attention to this thread, or just don't give a shit and won't bother trading in.

Right now, you have all 2014 of the new MMXIV.  To distribute all 2014 coins requires every single wallet holder to either transfer their coins to Bittrex by Sunday, or contact you sometime afterwards with their private key info so you can transfer manually to their new wallet.  What I'm saying is, it's likely there will be alot of MMXIV leftover that is unclaimed.  I wouldn't be surprised if it added up to 20% or more of the coin supply.

What happens to this MMXIV?

I hold it so people can trade it in...

I'd like to see the wallet address containing unclaimed MMXIV made public in the block explorer (when it's up) for some transparency on that.

You are awful cynical of me when I, literally 4 days ago, did a $1000 raffle

You'll be able to see the address on the rich list, anyway

Forgive me, my intention is not to be cynical, nor am I am trying to accuse you of anything.

I think everyone can agree that for every legitimate, honest coin there are two unscrupulous scamcoins.  Just trying to keep visibility here so everyone knows that MMXIV is not one of the latter.  Making public the address of the wallet that contains coins waiting to be claimed is important.

There *will* end up being a significant number of unclaimed coins, and I think it's important that everyone can see where those coins are held and that they're not just being dumped on the exchanges.

If I was going to dump, don't you think I would have done it by now with the 100 from the raffle? You'll be able to track the address from the Rich List, anyway
