Doesn't distribution determine how highly centralized a PoS coin would be?

From my point of view, minters need a self-controlled multipool, which will sufficiently increase mintcoin safety and add some value to this great coin.
So i registered mintcoinpool.com for all minters. But i am not a tech nerd. This is least contribution i can do. Some one or team has skill to build up a dedicated pool can work on it, and i will transfer this domain to him/them. before transfer, i can simply change the DNS.
i HOPE some one can stand out and we will certainly support him.
