The project is neither dead nor abandoned. This forum is simply irrelevant.

That may be true, but if I was to become an investor in this coin than I would like to know what is happening and what are the plans.

So maybe it's better if we all start to appear at his office for information....or just call all day long?

Hard to see how your opinion here is useful given your history. Glass houses and all.

update 1 year later --- nodes remain active but due to involvment in other projects and future projects in early stages of development support is discontinued at this time ---- contact me on twitter for any questions --

he, at least, had the decency to let people know that the project is dead and abandoned.    UNLIKE BRIAN KELLEY

A real decentralized network is one which would be pretty hard to shut down.

Anyone who buys this coin is throwing btc away.

Nice contribution:

[ANN] Cinnamon Coin 1.4.1 (CIN) No PreMine (POW )& POS TRADE ON COINS-E
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-cinnamon-coin-141-cin-no-premine-pow-pos-trade-on-coins-e-299221

no proof of work at this time , i am coding a new client that will be released in the near future , the network is running now only on proof of stake ---

it will be posted when ready --

NOTE -- CINNAMON COIN MAY BE DEAD,

I DON'T HAVE THE TIME , MOTIVATION AND LACK SOME OF THE NECESSARY C++ SKILL TO PROPERLY FIX THE CLIENT

THERE IS NO GENUINE INTEREST FROM THE COMMUNITY OR ANYONE ELSE IN THE COIN

I SHUT THE MAIN NODES OF THE NETWORK DOWN

I NOTIFIED COINS E TO DELIST THE COIN

IF ANYONE HAS A PROPOSED FIX THAT CAN SOLVE ALL THE PROBLEMS (CURRENT BLOCK TIME STAMP NEGATIVE CANNOT BE SOLVED, DIFFICULTY NEEDS TO BE RESET FROM 292 MILLION AND A HOST OF OTHER PROBLEMS)  DO A GITPULL AND IF IT WORKS ILL MERGE IT AND RESTART THE CHAIN

BLOCK HEIGHT WHERE I STOPPED IT IS 57307,

WHILE I SOLVED EACH PROBLEM INDIVIDUALLY I CANNOT SEEM TO PUT IT ALL TOGETHER

I AM TIRED OF IT

THATS IT

Fortune favours the bold!
"The question about the stabilization fund was rhetorical.  The fund might as well not exist.  I get a chuckle every time i check out the current naut prices."

An honest person would have to agree.

Lord Of The Internet has a legitimate grievance.   Anyone in in the "Big League" trust business should be better at handling communication with his investors.  And there is little evidence of an active market stabilization mechanism.
He said it on his big bang talk. He didn't expect the miners to dump relentlessly. Frankly, I never saw that coming either in Naut or the overall market. It's amazing how many people are nickle and diming coins for miniscule fiat amounts. The big money is always made in the big moves. They'll learn the hard way.

The immaturity of the 99.9% of the cryptocurrency participants is utterly amazing.

Come on guys, he is still learning about coins. So give him time Cheesy Roll Eyes

Are you talking about Brian Kelley?  If so, then you are correct.  He is still learning about coins and, apparently, still doesn't know Jack Shit.

And i also feel like an idiot for donating to jyap's blockchain.

Julian's blockchain has been up constantly and I doubt donations cover his server costs.

200 NAUT received total. I donated about 100 and I know someone else donated at least 50.

So ... how's that stabilization fund going?

Man, it sounds like you have pure virulent contempt and hate for Nautilus coin. Seriously, should consider walking away. Those emotions are really not good for you and will physically manifest themselves in not such a good way.

Find another coin, there are thousands of them now.

i do have a lot of contempt and hate for Nautiluscoin.  You're absolutely right.  BK strung me along for a ride for several months before i wised up.  I feel like an idiot for donating to the fitch sponsorship.  And i also feel like an idiot for donating to jyap's blockchain.  And i also feel like an idiot for donating to the facebook ad campaign.  Apparently, I did all that for nothing.

Wait.  scratch that.  I did it because i actually believed BK was in this for more than just a few chapters in a stupid book nobody needs to read.

He got the material he needed for his book and then abandoned the project like a typical wall street asshole.  That should be obvious to anyone at this point.

The question about the stabilization fund was rhetorical.  The fund might as well not exist.  I get a chuckle every time i check out the current naut prices.

I'm glad i got out and merely broke even after months and months of holding.  It could have been much worse.  Like what all you bagholders are in for in the next month or two.

And i thanked God just now that i HAVE moved on to other coins that are actually doing something.  And now, i couldn't be happier.

EDIT:  nutildah.  i'm still waiting on my bitcoin payment from you.  Like i said, for the right price, i will take over this entire network for you.  Or i can merely fork the entire naut network a few times for a bit cheaper if you want.

I could not agree more, even to the commas.

While the projects with cutting edge technology and really practical use ideas languish due to the scarcity of available capital, it is just quite pathetic that these two clowns, BK and JY keep on stringing on total idiot bagholders with ... POS (which every coin has since inception, every single one) and poker chips and trading cards. These two are the two stooges -since the three are the devs at VRC-. The most recent kicker, "I am in this for the long haul and want to make NAUT the "US Treasury Bond" of digitalFX." This guy has definitely lost it... although the ones really losing it here, big time, are those bagholders that keep on holding -for the long haul- while their initial investments have dwindled from $10,000 to less than  $800 in a few months. Imagine the "long haul".

Wow, simply wow.

This story isn't over yet. When PoS gets implemented we would have turned the worst corner. You should know during any legitimate creation process there is always dark, dark times just before the light.

But I'm glad you've moved on to greener pastures. Wish you well. Peace out.

also forgot to say:  i would be copy/pasting a working pos system and doing a swap out for coins.  and then ultimately handing it back to BK... if he even gave enough of a crap to want it back.

The Equalizer (1970) ... a hard nose, street wise cop taking down FUD trolls in a city controlled by the Pump'm&Dump'm gang.

Lol.

But truthfully, I believe those type of emotions and beliefs in people if held for a long time cause ill health and disease. I've been in many penny stocks before and the best thing to do if you don't believe in the story of the stock anymore is to sell and buy something that you do believe in again.
