How many coins do I need to run a master node?

So which means 175000/35= 5000 Neos.

I could point you in the general direction for the time being of an explanation of their purpose, and could walk you through how to set one up. We'll be rolling out our own wiki likely or some form of FAQ system to assist folks - the lack of either at the time for which I apologize. There's a lot going on in the background and we've been keeping busy. Thank you... If I am on win10, then is it possible to just run the wallet with 5000neos and the .conf file?

I believe it shouldn't be an issue to run on win10, I know multiple people who do. You can download the windows wallet at http://www.neoscoin.com/downloads/windows If you have any issues, just let me know.
