Hi there!
Here is a new update on the NeuCoin Project: we are currently launching a test environment with a blockchain, online wallet (MyNeuCoin) and consumer-facing onboarding faucet (GetNeuCoin). Over the month of August, the test environment will be gradually opened up to presale buyers and select invitees as we approach the public launch.
We’re all looking forward to this release and will update you again with more details soon!

They claim they are releasing by Sept 30.
They only claim that because if its not launched by Sept 30, they will be obliged by the contract to return the presale btcs.
Basically they release some watered down shitcoin by the last minute and there will be no need to return anything.
LOL even the test version is not ready yet.
Funny how at moments like this the staunch supporters of nokoin have nothing to say
