This is our endeavor for building the first decentralized investment bank crowdfunded using blockchain technology. The plan to open up an investment bank is to build an investment fund first. The fund, including our ICO tokens will be backed by tradable assets of this world. Simply put, by entire world economy. With time and trading the fund will be big enough to be converted into an investment bank.

Does your software is working only for long term forecast or also more short frame

Good Questions from you.
All Onasander Analysis software works at long term forecasts. It could run short term trading calls, but they would not be always correct. The time frame would not allow to capture all
price movements and eventually you would have a bigger correction or "run up" and the call would fail. On a short term scale our software would become just like any other Technical Indicator. Good, but not good enough to trade, unless you would use other trading software on top of it.
Yes, I knew the Gold prediction would raise eyebrows. I was even not sure if I should post it. Gold is very misunderstood as an investment. It's kind of a religion in itself. People get attached to it. Gold was a buy
before September 11 2001. Now it's simply expensive. It could go up, but mostly in nominal terms, not in real terms. Unless we have a currency crisis, but even than we stay with our call on Gold. There are simply better deals out there. If Gold over the next 2 decades (this is how long it took for Gold to correct last time) goes below $400, it will be a buy on our charts. Otherwise we simply ignore it.
The idea is to offer the exact financial products as other Banking Institutions in the real world, and offer simple block chain investments to global investors. It would be a hybrid. We would try to accommodate everyone.
We are big fans of what the blockchain offers in terms of capital formation, since right now anyone with a Crypto address can invest in anything. This is great for investments as it breaks down lots of unnecessary barriers.
As far as Italian crisis: Sure they are in trouble, but so is almost everyone else. No one knows what the next trigger will be, but it's not a secret it's the Debt and Governments that are in trouble this time. We do not worry much either way as long as there is price movement.

How you fell about getting SEC license will you register like a security it cost lot of money i think
I am all the time reading about SEC regulations for crypto but in fact there is no any federal regulations for crypto
But i know USA is very fragile in a case of any financial ico.They have already opened to legal and criminal cases against two financial ico based in USA
Whatever you project is long to come but very promising and looks like you know what you want to do

How is it planned to pay the dididents?
The Dividend
Onasander will pay dividends to our token holders. The value of the dividend is 10%.
It will be paid every quarter with the following rules:
The 10% payment is based on Onasander quarterly profits.
Token holders must own tokens at the time of dividend payment.
Dividends are paid only for quarters in which Onasander made profits.
Onasander tokens must be owned by the token holder during the quarter for which the dividend is being paid.
In case our investor holds different token amounts during the given quarter, the smaller amount will be used to calculate the dividend payment. This includes the number of tokens owned on the dividend payment day (which will fall outside of a given quarter).
For investors not being vested (holding tokens) throughout the full quarter, the dividend will be prorated for the amount of days it was held during the quarter.
Now, if you are asking how the actual payment will be sent, then the answer is simple. ETH will be sent out to the token holder address.
