I started posting and watching this thread like one month ago. At that time ico time and details not cleared. When I look now, it is still not clear. There are only two weeks left, please team make a statement about ico.
Still any date of pre-sale? I think it may be second Popolous with 30x profit after ICO?

I heard as per new rules it is mandatory to have a working platform before the ico to show the tokens can be spendable. Would this applies to paypie also or is it out the new rule sets because of its jurisdiction area?
If its applied to every upcoming ICO it will lessen the scam and misleading ICO that are now popping up just to take advantage to those new to crypto. working platform are a very big advantage compared to only promises that other ICO is offering, if paypie is required to produce a working platforn before the ICO i`am sure they are able to,Rules by whom exactly? And what countries does those rules would cover? Could you also you give me a link to the rules you are referring to pynetx?
May be they will can agree with big Korean exchanges - Bithumb? Or what about they talk in Korea? Can anyone give a detailed description of this meetUp in Korea? They come back from Korea already? Right? What news they have?

I think their timing for a visit couldnt be better since South Korea banned domestic ICO right after their visit and everyone will now focus on foreign ICOs. They just made themselves a perfect commercial.

Bithumb would of course be very good, but right now that is not realistic. They only list very big coins. So maybe in a year or so when PayPie has shown it's potential.
I wonder what will big financial institutions that offers traditional credit score rating will do when PAYPIE rolls out ? Will they embraced PAYPIE accordingly or not?

Are you talking about Korea based ICOs or ICOs in general? Or China based maybe? PayPie isn't based in Korea or China, I see no problems at all

Do you have a source for this? I mean, the main reason of ICOs / crowdfundings is to develop a product / platform with the collected funds. Regarding Korea I heard that only korean based ICOs will be banned, so I can safely says that koreans can invest in PayPie...what do you think?
As far as I know only ICOs which are hosted in South Korea have been banned. How should they foreign ICOs? This is not possible.Exactly. Only Korean based ICO's are banned. All other ICO's will just be able to continue as will. I do think all the FUD will slowly stop. It just seem like a play of some whales.

Accounting isn't tradionally considered as a "sexy" by any youngsters out there, so i am guessing this is not even targeted to those young investards who are in it for the thrill of all this ico flipping. But this will attract real whales out there who see the potential in this and actually understand the need of this service.

Well or you can see it the other way. Maybe the South Koreans are now doubtful and suspicious of ICOs generally.
Pre-sale is a good way to make profit for investors. But pre-sale price and crowdsale price must have not a very big different. because this can scare off potencial investors. But if project really good - than price will be growing in any time.
