Given it's uniqueness and authemticity, it is really designed to solve a certain problem and answer an timely issue. I still don't understand how propy will fit into the regulatory controls laid out by various countries while buying/selling properties.

This is unique and generous from the Propy's team, could you please give more details how is the team plans to monitor donations and transparency of these donations? Will it be done based on some model or just one-time donation? Will you have any agreement with them how and when they will be able to sell donated tokens so the investors and price won't be influenced?
