Coins never make it to an address if a transaction is in an orphaned block. Otherwise there's no reason for coins not to rich destination.
He also said there are 30 confirmations. It can't happen if he's on the fork.

But (for now) if I restore only 10 address of the wallet seed I cannot later restore the other two addresses with balance >0.
