He's got a fair point about Qora having overlap with NXT.
Could be a great opportunity for Qora to prove itself. An OK from CfB would be massive PR, I mean if he says it's not NXT based or stolen code from NXT at then it would be as good as OS without actual OS.
Plus if he wasn't entirely honest and was biased to say it had NXT code he would ruin the reputation of NXT if later we become OS and others discredit his view. ie he can't really afford to not be honest.

If we go OS it could be quite an anti climax, but this challenge is kind of a PR dynamite stick.
