AMPs will be locked in escrow. Rchain Coop has a board of directors. They will collectively decide how to fund the project. The AMPs will not be dumped on the exchange.

If you plan to lock up AMPs and not cash in on it - why not just offer RCHAIN tokens for free - give it away like byteballs or ETC? Or put a site and those that will link up their AMP address, just match in % the value with RCHAIn tokens.
