I can share another information if you want, minimum withdraw is 0.1 ETH....but let's focus on the other news, REAL on Bancor is a great news because it can partially solve the liquidity problem (which you can't 100% solve since many REAL are and were exchanged for RPP and locked into properties)

I don't think that they already spoke about a third property yet, maybe they'll do it on the next update. We also don't know when first dividends will get paid but my guess next week/ next couple weeks

the divs for the 2nd property are starting from Oct 2020 (+ possible 1 year of delay)

To say that this team is actually delivering we must wait till the end of the month, when first dividends will paid. If everything will be fine, we can assume that REAL is one of the most undervalued project in the crypto space? And not just that, it's one the few working projects crowdfunded via ICO

As far as I know - real estate projects it's a long-term prospect, maybe they need to give more time and they will be able to remedy this situation.

What situation exactly? They have a working platform and at the end of the month we'll receive our first dividends, so just explain to me which situation we're talking about, please

The real estatete platform will take time to get huge establishment because it is not an easy job to get awareness about the project. Once they start exploring we are going to get huge dividends.

How to get awareness if team doesnt do any kind of promotion or marketing? once they grabed the money they turned into silence mode.

2nd property in the platform but noone knows.

I think we must be cautious in criticizing negatively every crypto project before it is adequately verified.Imho.

while you wait and check the project, the cetene can grow significantly and it will be too late to buy their coins; on the other hand, no one wants to stay stupid

I would advice now too hold out a bit and search for some deals instead of filling up the platform to appease . Quality over quantity .
