Hello! We collected 3 million dollars during closed crowdfunding phase. We don't focus our attention on softcap, the reason is that in any case of our ICO, we still have enough funding to keep developing. The success of ICO only boosts our speed.
We already have a registration in USA: Sessia LLC

wow that's really cool, if you have enough funds to make progress then I'm very sure the sessia project will succeed in the future, but have you prepared to work with Sessia

I can't really get sense of soft cap, because you've collected enough money. So basicly in case of unachievement of soft cap, funds should be returned back to investors, but here project keeps going anyway...
