I think this is a good idea. If the project allows each participant to participate in the investment, then large investors will be able to buy the bulk of the project’s shares and thus start managing the project.I'm sorry to jump in, I can't help but wonder why such discussion even existed, do I missed some article or announcement about a pilot program or something similar?
Except if there is a pilot program or a prior agreement as active-partnership, then even if an investor took a large portion on the investment, it doesn't mean he can control the project. On most investment projects, there are passive partner and active partner. Passives are those who "plant" their money and allow the project to run, while actives are those who had the plan, needed the money, and the ones who will run the project.
