Hello,

You may contact our 24/7 LiveChat team or our support via [email protected] as they are the ones who are well aware of your case and can answer you.
All information about our terms and conditions can be found on our website.
Spectrocoin reserves the right to update the terms. In terms of 2FA, if it was set to email and your email was hacked, we do encourage everyone to keep their credentials secure and use more personal 2FA methods such as SMS or Google Authenticator. As we are not aware of your case and cannot help, the only way is for you to contact our LiveChat team or helpdesk or write a ticket by filling this form https://spectrocoin.com/en/contact.html

It's funny that you are playing dumb like nothing happened to MY FIAT, it won't be funny for you VERY VERY SOON.

No, you don't have the right to update your terms without warning customers, it is ILLEGAL.

Since when terms can be updated at will without offering any retraction in EU and since when it is legal to force customers to agree to new terms they are not aware of.

Any 2FA is useless if you disable it per request of anyone WITHOUT ANY KYC.

If you read my message properly you would know that I am not the 2FA guy. Read it again and DON'T AVOID OTHER FACTS

YOU ARE NOT FOLLOWING EU REGULATION, YOU ARE LIARS.

You are right, Spectrocoin / Bankera scammer owner VYTAUTAS KARALEVIČIUS is a disgrace. Calling him a liar is just half the story.

The ecosystem has around 120 employees; a few teams (such as translators and design) work for both projects, but others are given different projects to work on, working exclusively for one or the other company.

Respectfully, claims are only claims. Our business has been up and running for 6 years with about 1 million clients as of now using SpectroCoin - Bankera ICO finished successfully and by now have 2 products under the brand name Bankera, Bankera Exchange and Bankera Loans, with more to come in the near and far future. Some cases can be attributed to reasons that we cannot share publicly in respect to GDPR and privacy procedures and so they are communicated directly with the clients. We provide all the tools for our users to be safe and secure from 2FA to email notifications if any new IP logs into your account and a large number of wallets to store your crypto and fiat and easy withdrawal options while having an instant currency exchange and free and instant peer to peer (among SpectroCoin users) transactions. Most importantly, a 24/7 support team at your disposal to assist you in any issue you may face.

They claim to have a million strong customer base with 120 employees but they have filed the latest accounts for their business on 11th March 2019 and can be seen here and it clearly shows just they filed documents to show they made no money, instead the "company" owes £388 or around 400 EURO to its directors but somehow they miraculously paid salary to its 3 employees

What people post or where is not in our control obviously. If the customer base is not using bitcointalk, it is their choice. Who is responding on Bankera thread obviously are a part of Bankera Community which is increasingly is becoming a separate entity. SpectroCoin and Bankera remain as products in the same ecosystem, but Bankera offers its own products that work independently of SpectroCoin and that don't need any support from SpectroCoin.com. We offer our users the choice to transfer their cryptocurrencies free of charge from SpectroCoin to Bankera products, but each product works completely independent of the other.

Why are the Bankera sock-puppets accounts not posting here?

The answer is simple. They don'n want to damage "Spectrocoin" the heart and the main motor of that scam. Because if spectro will go down, there will be no more WR payouts, that are still somehow stopping investors to start legal actions again that scammers. Bankera shills will never bump MOMMY'S thread with negative posts in it....

The UK office as the name on SpectroCoin website suggests it is business development and not product development office, the latter of which is clearly shown on the website is Lithuania. The number of employees won't show all in one place because we have offices in different countries and for each one, it reflects the number of employees in each of those countries and in addition there are freelancers who in most cases are not included in those websites and they have to declare their income by themselves according to each country law.

Why are the Bankera sock-puppets accounts not posting here?

Why are non of the alleged 1 million customers and 120 employees that Spectrocoin / Bankera scammers claim to have posting here or in the Bankera scam thread?

Why are you so desperate to ensure people take the view that Bankera sock-puppets are not associated with you when there is no difference or distinction between Bankera, Spectrocoin and their sock-puppets because they are all one and the same?

Thank you for the excellent post.

So these Bankera/Spectrocoin scammers have been lying about having a UK office when they have no staff, no office and nothing except a mailing address there AND they have been lying about having their office in Lithuania.

I think these Bankera/Spectrocoin scammers have been working out of their bedroom or kitchen and passing it off as a business.

Pathetic scammers

There is no platform without issues or any bad rating for one reason or another. Issues with customers are dealt directly with the customers and their information cannot be stated for GDPR reasons. As we stated before, there are a lot of options in all industries and each person chooses what fits them best. Some of the complaints in the first article are the trading fees or withdrawal fees and that does not support any "scam" theories - each platform offers specific features for a specific set of fees, but that's why we have 24/7 LiveChat team. They can ask any question anytime they want and find out everything before they take action just as quickly as pressing on one button and contacting our support team.

The argument about whether we have offices or not is basically not valid because the team now offers 3 products with developers, IT, translators, support and so on. If we operate completely digitally, we wouldn't list the addresses, we usually don't accept visitors as all that we offer is doable digitally and there is no need for a customer to visit, the same as neobanks or most other fintech companies. Though, if you would like to see more about our team and some photos in the office, please head to our Instagram channel. In our careers page, there is also a video featuring some of our employees in the office https://careers.spectrocoin.com. Also, a Lithuanian TV show featuring our office in Kaunas https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8KS-F4Z7eE&t=623s

The link shows all those 1000 companies and yet, it doesn't show Spectro Finance LTD. The office as you show in your screenshot is a "business development" office and is not a main office of operations. The legal entity is registered in the UK, same as in Lithuania, and Estonia with registration numbers and having a small or big office does not change the fact that the company is registered in the country and can offer its services in the region or whether or not its registration is binding to the country's code of conduct.

Spectro Finance Limited is a scam just as Spectrocoin and Bankera are scams

Spectro Finance Limited was being struck off the register just 3 months ago and then the request was made to withdraw their own request. Why ?

Spectro Finance Limited is registered in the UK (London) using a 100 EURO per year mailing address and Spectro Finance Limited has NO office there at: Kemp House, 160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX

Spectro Finance Limited has no physical office in London, UK

Spectro Finance Limited has no employees based in London, UK

Spectro Finance Limited is using a UK telephone which is supposed to be diverted to Lithuania to be answered but there is nobody to answer the calls therefore the number does not even give a ringing tone.

The fact you deny this fact shows you to be an even bigger imbecile fool that previously thought AND THAT really is saying something when it was thought you could not stoop lower

This is UK GOV link showing Spectro Finance LTD company address - https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09008498 and the company number registered in the UK by law and date of incorporation. You may not like the business, and that's okay. There are a million companies and each person can choose the ones that suits them best, but please refrain from spreading fake announcements based on some speculations or someone told someone, told someone I know who told me. Those addresses and links are all legal representatives of the products we have and if you think any country will allow fake listings, you would be mistaken. Governments go through those applications for us and we go through the legal process.

That is a company registrar that has a copy of all company details in the UK and yes it takes 25 to 30 EURO for ANYBODY to register a company in the UK. People with their backsides on chairs tucked under their dining tables in Lithuania can also register a UK company without ever even going there. So why mention it in the post above as though you are making some big bold statement. On the contrary it shows you to be more of a pathetic imbecile scammer than before.

You have NO office in London, UK and the address on the documents is a mailing address at Kemp House, 160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX that can be hired for 100 EURO a year that is also used by over 1000 other companies:

You are a bunch of scammers running Spectrocoin/Bankera.

You phone number does not work.

This is a 100 EURO per year mailing address which allows "companies" to show the world they have a London office but in reality just have their mail sent there. You have NO office in London.

According to this link there are over 1000 companies that have used the same address as a "mailing address" but have never actually existed there, it just looks nice to put on websites and company documents to fool people in to thinking they are a big company with an office in London, UK: http://www.ukaddressbook.uk/a/kemp-house-152-160-city-road-london-ec1v-2nx

Slava Ukraini!
I'm Lithuanian myself. I remember long time ago  i was searching for Spectrocoin office. This one:
Quote
UAB Spectro Finance
Vilniaus g. 31
Vilnius LT-01402
Lithuania
And guess what? It does not exists, i'm i asked some people in that building, but they never heard about spectrocoin.
And the telephone +44 20 3769 5474  is fake too.

In one source I found another address of their office - Aušros al. 68, Šiauliai. Don't know is it fake or real, but office located in Šiauliai instead of Vilnius or Kaunas looks odd for me.

Thank you for the interesting post. What else can you tell us about Spectrocoin?

I am highly sceptical about the claims made by Spectrocoin/Bankera so anything you post will be a great help to those who previously called the project a scam and those that like me are highly sceptical of their claims.

If they are one or separate legal entities, the fact remains it is publicly disclosed and the legal reasons behind are not mentioned - it is hard as mentioned - time is better spent on more important things if it will cost a lot of time. The team founded Spectro Finance and the companies within it are SpectroCoin, Bankera - that's the point of the quotes, who in the team works in which product or if someone carries responsibilities in both, that does not make a difference.
The ICO was created for more capital as capital is needed for banking services/products such as Bankera Loans.

I know, I read it.

Regarding whether it was disclosed or not, whether it was public information about one or two legal entities or not does not exclude the fact that there was no need to do it other than the hold on Spectrocoin as a base and use Bankera as an excuse to make money from the ICO. Why highlight that it was public information? it will not get any votes of either confidence or sympathy, nor will it portray either party as trustworthy.

In the end as it stands Spectrocoin does not have tokens of its own, it is privately owned. Bankera had an ICO and has tokens. Spectrocoin will go on and continue regardless of whether Bankera sinks or not but Bankera cannot survive without Spectrocoin.

It is clear Bankera was not needed to be created, it was just a ploy to make money for Spectrocoin owners without them having to offer shares or its platform/technology/eco system (which seems nothing special from what I can see) via tokens for it - thus Bankera was created. It seems Spectrocoin can play any way they want with Bankera and they will not lose out as Spectrocoin own technology that Bankera uses, even the retro and odd looking crypto exchange.

Bankera already has 2 products of its own and they work for cryptocurrency in general. It continues along with SpectroCoin and what will come.
