First time i have heard of block halving what block does it happen?
Not sure about what block but it will happen after one year as stated in the OP and startcoin website.Block reward halving every 12 months

Startcoin jumps up yet always falls.
The price looks about right to me. Startcoin has got a lot of attention lately, and has risen about 350% in one month. Of course it may fall, or spike, it all depends if there are more buyers than sellers or the opposite. That's up to everyone to decide for themselves. I'm thinking long term, and day to day variations don't really matter to me.
