I have amount with pending status on cryptopia sent from pool, should i wait to mine or just keep going?

If you saw the pending amount, it means it will become unlocked when enough confirmations (I'm afraid that you'll have to wait a couple of days until hardfork completed). However, you money won't go anywhere, it's already recorded to blockchain.

Thank you, I'm not worrying now, will wait for the dumpers instead of mining.

Thank you all for so kind supports and please don't send transactions these days, they may get stuck at pool for hours and may get expired too (money will be back to your wallets if txs get expired, i.e. in the pool longer than 24 hrs)

I didn't think about this ... just sent over 1..000 Sumo from Crypotia to my wallet. Will they be sent back so cryptopia, if they are stuck in the pool?

Right, if you didn't see the amount in your wallet after 24hrs, it should be sent back to Cryptopia, and then if it didn't end at your account balance, pls call Cryptopia support.

Well, the transaction was done more than 30h ago. Still no Sumo in my wallet and cryptopia said they can"t help me. What can I do now? It was a rather big ammount....

In this specific case, we can use dev fund to compensate you for the loss. Please send proof to [email protected] (screenshots of your withdrawal transaction and Cryptopia support answer emails).

Props to helping him/her out, you don't see that this often.

I've sent the case to Cryptopia support, they are investigating the issue. Now, exchange wallet has been put under maintenance to avoid similar issues.

This is great!
Great work DEV!

The project has a big future, I'll be waiting at least 2 years in order to use sumo. Let's see what happens. Dev is very competent, always on your feedback. What about the wallet with graphics for Windows?

Thanks! I'm really not an expert, but I guess cryptopia did not accept the sumo transferred directly from the pool, since they do not accept mining directly to the cryptopia accounts? E-Mail is sent.

Will it be okay to leave my coins in cryptopia when the fork happens?

Guys,

I know you are all somewhat anxious about current situation and progress of the hardfork.

Here are some info:

1. Haruto has been creating a few patches to address the mutipool flash hashrate. Dev are actively discussing about it to find optimal solution that can both deal with this issue and not introduce another flaw. You can view the thread at Github: https://github.com/sumoprojects/sumokoin/pull/10

2. There is no certain date for hardfork yet bz we want to test new algorithm throughout before release it. After the final patch is approved and merged, we'll announce the exact block height and estimate time for hardfork.

3. The hardfork will not create anything chaotic, you may not even recognize when it happens, everything will be the same but the network difficulty (which expected to be downward significantly in short time)

4. I advice Bill not to release GUI wallet until hardfork completed and it still need to fix various UI/UX issues right now, so the release date would be delayed until the end of this month. Sorry for that due to unexpected events.

Thank you all for so kind supports and please don't send transactions these days, they may get stuck at pool for hours and may get expired too (money will be back to your wallets if txs get expired, i.e. in the pool longer than 24 hrs)

Thank you for the information Sumoshi. In particular, thanks for the Github link; I just went over the entire discussion over there and am positively surprised by how engaged you guys are. Keep it up, and thank you.

No, Zcoin is not a Zcash fork. I hope you are not a developer.

No, he is not a developer of the coin.

I think what he meant by comparing Zcoin to Zcash was that there is room for more than just one "anonymous coin", which is true. Even very small differences can make for a valid product as long as that difference is of value to some user.

This is real SumoKoin, very hard to move Smiley

Yess. The high diff, no news, miners leave.. We are waiting for information about upgrading..

If you want to complain cause you are not making a small profit by mining with your home pc find another coin to mine. Tenths are being created every day. We are here because of the enormous potential this coin have. Devs have just given an update. Bitcoin's forks were handled sloppier however bitcoin reached 3000$ within 40 days.
The fact that they are testing the fork thoroughly and not implementing it right away shows that they are working to create a coin with viable future.
So if you are seeking for a small extra profit by mining and dumping this is not the place for you

To complain? No, I'm asking about the promised updates. What makes you think that I mining on a home PC? Do you have real information about the development process? Or potencial, bla bla bla..

Dont invest my friend if you have doubts. I dont have real information, i take my chances based on logic like everyone else in the cryptocurrency world. It doesnt worth it being so anxious abt a coin.
I am staying here cause I have seen coins with waaaay less potential and a dev copying features from here and there hit unbelievable prices.
I really believe that this coin will skyrocket for two reasons
1. Monero is the new darknet Bitcoin due to its untraceability and anonymity (Bitcoin's current high price is the last song before its death)
2. Sumokoin is Monero without Monero's early stages problems

End of story... Smiley

This is an impressive reply from Dev about his coin . I also like this coin and I bought some coins to hold it for a while but Dev said that Bitcoin will be dead and it made me laugh so long . Wow If bitcoin was dead then all altcoins had disappeared in this world.  Anyway , I expect sumokion will attract more big investors to join .

Now there is not only Monero, but also Zcash on the darknet. "Sumokoin is Monero without Monero's early stages problems" Is equal to say SumoKoin is equal to Monero. Why we should have 2 Monero?

I bet lots of people asked the same question when Zcoin came out. Why should we have Zcoin when we do have Zcash?

No, Zcoin is not a Zcash fork. I hope you are not a developer.

I am not a developer
I have nothing to do with the coin itself. I am just using this example as a comparison to reply to your comments. There is no other new coin so actively developed at the moment and that gives great hope for its future
