This release primarily adds initial support for RDNA3 GPUs and some new FPGA parts/boards.

Team Red Miner v0.10.8
GPU: Kawpow on Polaris 4GB gpus extended to epoch 369 (end of April 2023).
GPU: Tiny Kaspa gpu hashrate boost across all gpus (+0.1%).
GPU: Added triple ERG+KAS+ZIL and ETH+KAS+ZIL mining support, add both --kas and --zil sections to enable.
GPU: R-mode support in dual/triple ZIL mining. Specify --eth_config=R inside --zil ... --zil_end to enable.
GPU: Fixed HiveOS ERG+KAS issues with stray hw errs reported on RDNA2 gpus.
GPU: Fixed additional small issues with dual zil mining paired with older algos.
GPU: Fixed hw err issues for verthash when running with R-mode kernel params.

There is 2 bugs trm needs to fix.
1. Add sock5 support otherwise it is keep sayin dev pool failed to connect.option given in read me file dont work.
2.when mining kawpow algo on win10 with rx5700xt it crashes if you wake up screen. Monitor connected thru onboard vga. If you dont touch it it keeps mining without crash.

This release primarily adds dual mining of Ergo+Kaspa on gpus, and adds voltage control support on SQRL FK33 and TUL TH53/55 fpgas.

You could try SRBMiner-Multi as it capable of mining via socks5 AFAIK.

I switched for the first time today from Phoenixminer to TeamRedMiner. I have 5700XTs but I only get 54 Mh/s with TeamRedMiner vs 55.5 Mh/s when using Phoenixminer.
I guess I am missing some comandline options??? ... I am running HiveOS.

No you are not missing options. PhoenixMiner is AFIAK the only one who can control the mclock, cclock and so on linux from the command line. TRM does not offer those command line optionsto control the clocks on linux and probably relies on HiveOS tricks to do so.
I don't use HiveOS as I mine with Debian testing/bookworm
It would be nice if TRM made it possible to set the command line options for the clocks and so on linux.
If you have no compelling reason to change miner, beside mining a coin PhoenixMiner does not support, stick to it.

The first opinion is that this is a software error. The fastest diagnostics is the launch of another miner for a day. If other errors occur, then you need to check the power supply, the raiser and reduce the overclocking of video cards.

Does R-Mode work with the ETCHASH algorithm?
yeah it does on any ethash algo. etchash is ethash variant.
