In order this parcel to leave Bulgaria today, we are waiting for and additional document Proforma Invoice.
If the sender provide it today, the parcel will leave Bulgaria today by schedule, because he gave it to us yesterday and all international parcels leave on the next working day.
If the parcel leaves today, you should receive it around Tuesday or Wednesday – next week.
would you be kind enough to get this done by today as I want to start mining and get back as much BTC as possible.

Proforma invoice is needed for exporting/customs I think, if they missed that the courier might not accept it.
The €4 shipping fee is for boxing and collection by your own shipping agent or "larger orders".
Check your e-mails if they need money for shipping they should request it there.
If it ships out you should get an e-mail that it shipped out, though it may not have a tracking number, mine didn't.
The web order system will change from "payment accepted" to "shipped".
If they made a mistake they may ship it free of cost, they did that with my late orders, that should have been part of a "larger order" that had €32 postage paid on the first item.
