Sent it back for Repairs/Replacement
anyone has a idea what i can do with this one:
A HexB Miner which worked fine for three weeks 24/7 with standard settings (900mv/540clock) at around 45GH suddenly has no connection via usb, and the green light ist off also. (yes, i tested it with different pc's and another hexb is working fine on that machine)
With power connectet the fan is running. The board itself looks fine, nothing wrong to see there (with a magnifier :-).
I wrote this as a question to technobit via mail, but... no answer after one week now, no wonder after reading this thread.
I had expectet a answer like "send it here and we will look" or something, but... see above.
Now, what to do? Any idea?
(btw - i have a specialist on hand who can do electronic repairs (notebooks, consoles, mobiles and so on), but without any infos about the boardlayout i think it should be not possible for him.

This is also the right time to contact interpol or some other international EU based authorities for taking legal action

Sorry but I'm gonna have to ignore your posts. I (we) are trying to have a constructive and polite resolution to the issues and your behavior is not only childish but utterly rude towards the other readers.
I have raised concerns with PayPal and will call my bank to issue a call back of the funds and also have a meeting at the police station to discuss procedures.
Marto74 has been online and checked the forums but did not reply to any concers neither did he reply to the emails i sent to both technobit and the email associated with his PayPal account which belongs to a diffeent company.
While we have people posting here about products received and all sorts there is way too many people who like me have been left hanging due to lack of comunication and misleading informations.
It would have been nice to have the trust rating showing properly so we could all have seen that he did have negative score and would not have fallen victims of the scam.
For those who paid with PayPal make sure you file your claim before the 45 days have gone by. It seems Marto is playing this game so it makes it more difficult to recover your money.

Richtig so, ich werde auch nicht aufhören, bis ich endlich meine 217,50 EUR zurückbekomme. Dieser Betrüger hat sich mit mir das falsche Opfer ausgesucht.
Kennst du das Wort Fremdschämen? Es ist so peinlich... Du bestellst 2 Boards mit Bestückungsservice, schickst die Chips nicht hin und wunderst dich dass Du die Miner nicht zugeschickt bekommst.
Und darauf hin auch noch so einen Aufstand zu machen und beleidigend zu werden ist echt die Härte. Peinlich.

once again my question about the delivery date in february. And once again: CORRECT THE TYPE OF SHIPPING AND THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY I SEND TO YOU. AND NOT ONLY IN THE SHOP, ALSO AT THE INVOICE.
Don't be so ignoring about your clients. IF you will do, I must say same like the one in the posting before SCAMMERS....
We'll do it like this: you tell me the date of shipping, correct the total amount in the shop and at the invoice and send out the miner exactly at the date you told me before. Also you give me via PM or email the tracking# of the parcel. Then I could track it. If the parcel arrives at me and the miners is running within the specifications you told in the shop, I will tell everybody here how good your service is and how good your miners are running.
UNTIL ALL OF THIS HAPPENS I WILL CREATE EVERY DAY A NEW POST HERE AND TELL EVERYBODY THAT I EXPECT YOU TO BE A SCAMMER.
So now it's on you to show wether you are a real salesman or a scammer.

I have decided not to keep my freshly arrived HEX16B. I have tested it and it runs at an average of 42-43GH/s.

Got the last part of my Hex16B order today. This is how my order went...
1x ordered 19th Novemeber for Decemebr Batch 1 was delivered by Dec 13th (Shipping €30 DPD) paid PayPal
1x ordered 22nd November for December Batch 1 was delivered Jan 22nd. (Shipping €4 bigger order) paid BitBay
4x ordered 23rd November for December Batch 1 was delivered by Jan 10th (Shipping €4 bigger order) paid BitPay
I didn't get a tracking number but they all arrived within 7 days of the order system changing from "payment accepted" to "shipped".
Technobit don't seem to able to combine orders so my advice would be never to use the €4 bigger order option, it may cause delays!
Paypal is back on their store, and as that arrived first, I'd say paying the extra 5% for PayPal probably adds some pressure to deliver on time!
Do chase up your order if it seems overlooked, my 22nd Nov order came last, but don't be nasty to Martin it won't help you!
All Bitcoin miner manufacturers have delays, so don't let this put you off, I've since ordered 2x of the Hex8A1 for Feb 10th shipping.
These things are custom made, if you want fast delivery, order from someone on eBay who has a miner in hand, but be prepared to pay double.
