Could someone explain to me how the exchange valuation is established between a crypto and USD/EU?
Perhaps I buy new sneakers with Eth but my Eth is worth 10% less than on the exchanges.

What I understand from this link -> https://tokensale.tenx.tech/#/close  You already have 100k ETH from presale? Which is about $35000000 ($35mln) before standard token sale even started? Really?

If this isn't just an empty promise it'll be wonderful (and fees are reasonable & token valuation correct!!). Making the cliff between crypto and fiat a whole lot smaller.

This project looks promising but still hesitant to invest as we lost quite good amount on much hyped project token card.

Yeah, understand, but one thing is to promise on an idea like Tokencard did, the other thing is to HAVE A PRODUCT, like we do at TenX. You will get benefits from the very beginning, as OUR PRODUCT IS LIVE!

I've been looking for the visa information as well

Visa has no news about such an agreement.
Seems that the product is not that ready in contract level.
Sadly this might be the hardiest and the most significant milestone to achieve.

Here is the fun part: We already have everything working since the beginning of the year and many users can confirm that - AND we will have global availability next week, so even though we are not allowed to publish contracts with companies (seriously, who does that anyways???) you will see it all being correct.

No credit card company will make any announcement that they are working with cryptocurrency companies right now - research it yourself. But hey, we are working with them.

Thank you for the clarification.

Few questions

1) You have an agreement with visa and mastercard currently? If so, anywhere I could read about this please?

2) In the roadmap it says 2020 for the banking license but the token sale says it is apart of tier 4 which is the 200k ETH goal. So I have to ask will the banking system be launched possibly earlier than 2020, or is the COMIT liquidity (tier 4) completely different from the 2020 banking license?

3) Like others mentioned the 40k ETH on the waitlist are they guarnteed to be in on the token sale, or is it first come first serve come on the 24th?

To me this project has much promise. Looking forward to hearing a reply, thanks in advance!

Great questions, here are the answers:
1. We have the agreements - no contracts are online if that is what you are asking. Also, both companies prohibit any cryptocurrency company to post the relationships on their website. I can guarantee you, that anyone who is doing this right now, will not do it for much longer. You can simply try our card if you want to see for yourself.
2. Correct, we try to do everything as early as possible.
3. First come, first serve, even for this waitlist that did not get in during the presale - the smart contract blocks any other transaction before the 24th of June. We want it to be fair for anyone.

Hope that helps - we have done a large Q&A earlier today here: https://www.facebook.com/tenxwallet/videos/1903563669860837/

Here is our tokensale source code for our June 24th token sale. If you find any errors (which we doubt you will, but who knows) we are willing to pay a bug bounty: https://etherscan.io/address/sale.tenxpay.eth

Sorry, I did not make myself clear.  Let me try again.

In the last line of the white table in the TenX original post, "Accepted currencies for the ICO", it says that BTC, ETH, and ERC20 tokens will be accepted as payment during the late June public ICO.  Are there limits on the kinds or amount of ERC20 tokens that can be donated in the TenX ICO?  How will the value of donated ERC20 tokens be determined?

Also, is the TenX ICO smart contract going to be set up to handle ECR23 tokens?  For example, MobileGo is an ERC23 token, a version of ERC20 that is updated to solve some known issues with standard ERC20 tokens. ERC23 is a standard in ethereum tokens. However, Bittrex is currently having problems in beginning trading on MGO because their smart contracts need to be updated to handle ERC23.

Reason I did not reply straight away (which I normally always do) is because we had a team meeting on that. Due to the points you pointed out, we will not accept ERC23 tokens as of today for our tokensale on June 24th.

With the rise of (worthy) cryptocoins it's rather difficult to maintain a wallet leave alone using them in real life.
Such project like TenX are dream come true for the crypto enthusiasts.

Fiat will always be controlled by the self proclaimed financial authority of a country.
I believe customer to seller relation should focus on crypto transaction rather than converting them to fiat.
For the time being, fiat are handy too.

I think ICOs are getting greedy now.Why such a simple blockchain based devit card need such a huge investment?I believe they have already raised so much from ICO but they want to cash in on on goodwill of angel investors

Not sure if you have seen the whitepaper - but our card is not just a simple card. This is like the tip of the iceberg. www.tenx.tech

What's the sale target on 24th June?
Another 100,000 ETH?

200,000 ETH hardcap - half of it is already contributed in the presale. Waitlist ist around 40K ETH right now.

Forgive my poor math.
200,000ETH hardcap - 100,000 presale = 100,000 left.
What's about 40k ETH? Huh Huh
It mean there are total 140k eth in presale phase being invested, but only 100K ethers were accepted by them, the other 40k ethers have to wait till June 24th, attending the offical ICO , so there are only another 60k ethers can be accepted on June 24th.

I'm going to go ahead and say we will have around 20 min on the 24th to get your ETH in before hardcap is reached.

I really hope not, but you may be right  Cry
