Does the project not assume any kind of generosity? For example, a company of signatures or companies in social networks?
I think they have already launched the bounty campaigns, But I do not know if its finish or still active. And also I'm not hearing any updates and news about the ICO status.

To bring the development on track there should be pre validations of all the instructions, check list before going on live that makes every transaction understand go in a secured manner. I understand those requirements but that wasn't really the answer to my question. Are there any estimates when it will go into operation?

The exchanger needs time to launch & vlx coin also has not launch yet.because there is Ico occur yet. but it will appear at the exchanger first & have some good value.so buy some token when time
It won't happen over night, that is absolutely for sure. You need to onboard new customers step by step, don't get overwhelmed and keep the customer support on a high level and grow gradually over time.

Yeah, it is good to know that velox price is rising now compared to previous months that velox really go down. This is because the devs are continuing making new developments for this project.
