In my opinion this is a big fail. If you completed the Postident, you need to send them a "Coinimal Selfie" anyway. So the Postident progress makes no sense at all. I wont send any ID pictures througt the Internet, and i thought thats why they accept Postident now.
Even they dont contacted me by themselves. Only when i wrote a Ticked they answered, that they cant help me.
Im very disappointed. You should remove the postident from your Site or at least explain there, how the progress really works.
