Selling this coin was one of my worst decision in crypto. I am still regretting till now. I sold all at 20k satoshi, Missed huge profit. Sad

yeah, sadly i made the same move, i sold half of my coins at around 10-15$.. but hey, in this world we say " earn or learn". Sometimes you earn, sometimes you learn..this time you learnt. Keep this in mind and act right in the next opportunity.
By the way i don't think that this will be the final price, and i think the price will grow more the week before the airdrop.

Agree I believe still it's good opportunity to buy ZCL now with the current price 0.018 btc, I am expecting ZCL to reach between 0.05 and 0.07 before 28th Feb(official fork). It's completely my individual opinion based on my Analysis. All the best Dev team for the upcoming FORK.
mine target is very near at 0.05 btc  Grin
But you still have time to buy ZCL! In the last few hours a minor correction occurred, I don't believe it will reach 0.05 BTC per coin, if this happens, many people will become millionaires, will things be that easy? Grin

I've owned zcl for awhile now - pre bitcoin private.  I find it amusing it's mooning now b/c of bitcoin private but happy it is.   Can someone please enlighten me why btcp is better than XMR or ZEC, or any other zk-snark coin -- like bitcoinZ.  Be objective.

bitcoinZ is equihash, I believe btcp will be sha256 with zk-snarks combining both in a way that is new. Maybe it's been done before and I just don't know it.

Thanks.  That's not much of a difference and I suppose it's preference. Yet,  I wonder what will happen to ZCL come the snapshot.  There are also too many forks off of BTC -- granted, this one seems to be getting a decent amount of coverage.  We'll see if it gets dumped.

I fully expect zclassic to be worthless after the hard fork, in fact, I'm planning on it. But that's just me, nobody ever knows for sure.

HUSH went from mid teens to $2 after $btch fork. Now that was when everything was tanking earlier this month.  A lot has to do with the tide but would not be surprised if it drops significantly post fork.

Withdrawals from Suprnova were and are okay, please open tickets at cryptopia, not at the pool please.

Thanks

As long as you got the keys you get the coins  Wink  ..any amount will do  Grin
So what if I have my ZCL on Cryptopia? How and to what wallet I will recieve BTCP? I did not see any Bitcoin Private wallets yet.
If craptopia wont support the fork, you will not receive anything, but they will.
Based on things happeed with craptopia that I saw in few last months I guess all ZCL will be locked on the exchange before the fork happens, and the exchange owners will gain all BTCP at their hands.
I guess it`s better to sell it and buy somewhere else and hold it in electrum wallet.

Electrum wallet is supported. Download it and transfer ZCL...

..like bright metal on a sullen ground.
So if i only have .5 zcl I won't get any bitcoin private unless i get another .5 zcl before the 28th of feb?
yes, when hard fork happens, snapshot for all ZCL and BTC will happen. Anyone with a ZCL or BTC in a supported wallet or stock will get Bitcoin Private (BTCP) with a 1: 1 ratio. For example, if you have 5 ZCL and 0.1 BTC, you will receive 5.1 BTCP.

I'm sure that is incorrect.  Even if you have .1 ZCL when the fork happens you still get .1 BTCP.  You don't have to have a full coin to get BTCP.  Same goes for BTC to get BTCP.
I do not know too, I just got the source from this https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-btcp-bitcoinprivate-a-truly-private-bitcoin-equihash-2675257 for more details you read  Smiley

Bitcoin Private will be distributed on a 1:1 basis. This means, that for every 1 ZClassic (ZCL) or 1 Bitcoin (BTC) held during the snapshot, holders will receive 1 Bitcoin Private. For example, if someone holds 20.3 ZClassic and 1.5 Bitcoin, he/she will receive 21.8 Bitcoin Private.

The issue is not to be better than competitors or coins with similar settings, in fact, BTCP will be another legal alternative to send and receive payments anonymously and quickly, nothing more! Those who have BCash think they have a good coin, but comparing with BTCP is innocence, not to mention the fact that zk-snarks technology has not yet been exploited in its entirety. Perhaps, what stands out is that the BTCP community is highly empowered and passionate about the idea.

This is nothing new or improved.  Hopefully roadmap will develop more and exhibit more vision. I agree the community and dev team are key...mostly the dev team tbh. Just payments and privacy are table-stakes.

BTCP will have its wallet. To access their BTCP, I can only in this wallet. Is that right? How long do we have to wait for it to be released after the fork?
