blockchain seems to be speeding up now. here's a call for calm to all those who are not getting an INSTANT 100% stake.
we have 3 years to gather Sync at 100% interest rate. If all you are concerned about is getting week1 stake, you are not going to last very long in SynClub.
As has been explained, this endeavour is a long term investment. leave your wallets open and minimise them to your tray, leave it there and check it once every week or so...
I understand that you want to see it working, but I can assure, it is working, chill out, relax, get your coins in your wallets, leave them there and let them stake in their own good time.

Maximum 30 days (technically) from when the coins entered your wallet...but 15 days max (based on luck averaging out) is probably closer to how long it would actually take...at maximum.
Well no, that is for getting the stake rewards. Only after I get the green sign below on my wallet, then my coins are staking and I can receive the payout in max of 30 days.

well, me and a lot of other people are still stuck at this block WITH THE LATEST WALLET and with RE-DOWNLOADING THE BLOCKCHAIN and everything else that has been mentioned here. sorry for the caps, but I want to avoid another: "you need to update", "you need to add those nodes"...

Also make sure your .conf file is Sync.conf for some reason it seems to make a difference even tho Windows shouldn't be case sensitive.

okay, so got the latest MAC wallet.... Added the Sync.conf file and the wallets syncs and is at block 8267.
Problem is that it does not sync, as 'my coins are not mature', but some of my coins/transaction have 4100+ confirmation. What gives?

The current block is 8267, so you are up to date...it can take up to 30 days for coins to stake even though they can stake at any point during that 30 days. There is some luck involved with staking, but they will no matter what after 30 days max.
p.s. If your wallet is encrypted, which is a good idea, you must leave it unlocked and running until the coins stake...you cannot stake coins on a locked wallet.
Well I think that is not the issue. The wallet is unlocked and I don't expect to received SYNC right away, as I know it can takes upto 30 days. Now what I get is 'Not staking as coins are not mature', meaning: I would not stake even after 30 days are done.

add the new nodes from the OP and restart your wallet from scratch (delete everything except wallet.dat and the new Sync.conf)
i've had this problem with other coins, it will eventually rectify itself but giving it a push often helps

then all I can suggest is that you give it time... i remember when the ill-fated SHAcoin was launched - I was in the same boat as you... my coins didn't stake at all, it seemed like I was the very last wallet to have stake... but it did get there eventually (in fact it's still staking lol - little good that'll do me as it was a hidden premine scam and is now a dead coin)
Sync is safe, reliable and secure, it is also a great coin with a great community - i'd recommend though, if you are not in it for the long term, please distribute your coins across all exchanges, rather than sell them all in one go to one person
I have installed the MAC wallet for the 5th time today... the wallet Syncs but not staking cause of maturity.
By giving it time, how much time do you mean? thanks again
it could be up to 30 days... just make sure you don't move your coins from that wallet, and make sure that if you switch it off or power-down your mac, always unlock it for staking when you power it back up again. but , yeah, could be up to 30 days for some folks.
