please finally fix the sourcecode:

create /src/obj
create /src/obj/zerocoin (if still needed)
chmod +x /src/leveldb/build_detect_platform (flags should survive on github)

just a little annoying to do that by myself everytime :>

there are five changes:

1. version bump
2. fork @ 8212
3. 256x lower stake limit
4. min tx fee = 0.00000001
5. 100% annual interest instead of 1%
