for some time, I am following this topic and, honestly, there are so many people here who has no idea what they are talking about, that I have decided to bring some more light to this discussion.
I am from Lithuania and I am used to gather the available official information from the official government resources. Please keep in mind that Lithuania is a member of the European Union since 2004.
So, let’s begin:
1) When I want to check when was the company established, I would check the official website of Lithuanian Center of Registers:
http://www.registrucentras.lt/jar/p_en/index.php?pav=Spectro&p=1
As we see there is a company UAB Spectro Finance (Spectrocoin operational legal entity). We can also check on the page, that it was established on the 25th of Februrary 2013.
http://www.registrucentras.lt/jar/p_en/dok.php?kod=303008845
So, we have this company is more than 5 years old and started operating long before the ICO of BNK. They are not marked in red (first link), it means that they submit all the financial info to the government in time.
2) UAB Pervesk (announced partnership), their company for the financial services (payment solutions) also is not in red
http://www.registrucentras.lt/jar/p_en/index.php?pav=pervesk&p=1
Established 22nd of February 2016. http://www.registrucentras.lt/jar/p_en/dok.php?kod=304186270
3) When I want to check is the company healthy, I would check the official website of our Governmental Social Insurance Fund. It indicated that UAB Spectro Finance (Spectrocoin) has 37 employees at the moment and has no social insurance debt to the government. This is a green light for me, that it normal, operating company, paying their taxes in time (sorry, website only in Lithuanian, google translate will help you)

4) UAB Pervesk – 11 employees and no social insurance debt
https://draudejai.sodra.lt/draudeju_viesi_duomenys/
Lets check the official info from our central bank – Lithuanian bank (governmental central bank, supervising all banks and financial institutions in Lithuanian)
5) UAB Spectro Finance is registered in Lithuania as a financial market participant in category: Persons distributing e-money of an EMI established in an EU Member State
https://www.lb.lt/en/sfi-financial-market-participants/uab-spectro-finance#68
This means that they are supervised by Lithuanian central bank and have to follow strict rules.
6) They have also one intermediary listed Prepaid Financial Services Ldt. (UK company)
https://www.lb.lt/en/sfi-financial-market-participants/prepaid-financial-services-ltd
It says founder UAB Spectro Finance, so probably we have one more operating company and since listed by Lithuanian bank, category: ‘’Electronic money institutions of EU Member States providing services in the Republic of Lithuania through an intermediary’’, they should have a license in UK and be supervised by the UK’s financial institutions. And 9 activities are listed (check the link above).
7) I do not know how many employees they have in the UK. And how many people could be working for Bankera in other countries or freelancing for them and also how many services they outsource.
When checking the Pervesk UAB it becomes more interesting

9) They operate in 29 member states of the European Union (check the link above), CEO: Vytatutas Karalevicius. And have a Electronic money institution license.
So, for all who are chouting scam or scamers: you are talking nonsense here, like a bunch of kids.
I am not a professional investor nor adviser, I am just the usual BKN holder (bought more on Hitbtc, than during the ICO), I think that it is a wise and strong team and they are truly building something great here.
They are not kids, they are following the rules and regulations and will not be shut down as a real scammers after one letter of Cease and desist.
Hope some of you will find this info useful.
As to Bankera: you have a serious lack of communication, we hope that you will fix this soon.
Congratulations, great work! Everything is clear and accessible.
