Hi, Everyone,
for some time, I am following this topic and, honestly, there are so many people here who has no idea what they are talking about, that I have decided to bring some more light to this discussion.
I am from Lithuania and I am used to gather the available official information from the official government resources. Please keep in mind that Lithuania is a member of the European Union since 2004.
So, let’s begin:
1)   When I want to check when was the company established, I would check the official website of Lithuanian Center of Registers:
http://www.registrucentras.lt/jar/p_en/index.php?pav=Spectro&p=1
As we see there is a company UAB Spectro Finance (Spectrocoin operational legal entity). We can also check on the page, that it was established on the 25th of Februrary 2013.
http://www.registrucentras.lt/jar/p_en/dok.php?kod=303008845
So, we have this company is more than 5 years old and started operating long before the ICO of BNK. They are not marked in red (first link), it means that they submit all the financial info to the government in time.
2)   UAB Pervesk (announced partnership), their company for the financial services (payment solutions) also is not in red
http://www.registrucentras.lt/jar/p_en/index.php?pav=pervesk&p=1
Established 22nd of February 2016. http://www.registrucentras.lt/jar/p_en/dok.php?kod=304186270
3)   When I want to check is the company healthy, I would check the official website of our Governmental Social Insurance Fund. It indicated that UAB Spectro Finance (Spectrocoin) has 37 employees at the moment and has no social insurance debt to the government. This is a green light for me, that it normal, operating company, paying their taxes in time (sorry, website only in Lithuanian, google translate will help you)
https://draudejai.sodra.lt/draudeju_viesi_duomenys/;jsessionid=F0D41B711078A4A244DB0DFBE59DE5CA
4)   UAB Pervesk – 11 employees and no social insurance debt
https://draudejai.sodra.lt/draudeju_viesi_duomenys/

Lets check the official info from our central bank – Lithuanian bank (governmental central bank, supervising all banks and financial institutions in Lithuanian)

5)   UAB Spectro Finance is registered in Lithuania as a financial market participant in category: Persons distributing e-money of an EMI established in an EU Member State
https://www.lb.lt/en/sfi-financial-market-participants/uab-spectro-finance#68
This means that they are supervised by Lithuanian central bank and have to follow strict rules.

6)   They have also one intermediary listed Prepaid Financial Services Ldt. (UK company)
https://www.lb.lt/en/sfi-financial-market-participants/prepaid-financial-services-ltd
It says founder UAB Spectro Finance, so probably we have one more operating company and since listed by Lithuanian bank, category: ‘’Electronic money institutions of EU Member States providing services in the Republic of Lithuania through an intermediary’’, they should have a license in UK and be supervised by the UK’s financial institutions. And 9 activities are listed (check the link above).
7)   I do not know how many employees they have in the UK. And how many people could be working for Bankera in other countries or freelancing for them and also how many services they outsource.
Cool   When checking the Pervesk UAB it becomes more interesting
https://www.lb.lt/en/sfi-financial-market-participants/uab-pervesk#item-lists
9)   They operate in 29 member states of the European Union (check the link above), CEO: Vytatutas Karalevicius. And have a Electronic money institution license.

So, for all who are chouting scam or scamers: you are talking nonsense here, like a bunch of kids.
I am not a professional investor nor adviser, I am just the usual BKN holder (bought more on Hitbtc, than during the ICO), I think that it is a wise and strong team and they are truly building something great here.
They are not kids, they are following the rules and regulations and will not be shut down as a real scammers after one letter of Cease and desist.
Hope some of you will find this info useful.
As to Bankera: you have a serious lack of communication, we hope that you will fix this soon.

Congratulations, great work! Everything is clear and accessible.

Excellent analysis of the situation around the project. I say thank you for the huge amount of work done. Only problem is the fact that this is your first post on this forum. Coincidence?
[/quote]

You are welcome. Like I have said, it was my first time ever posting in a forum related to crypto, sorry for the confusion it may have caused. I work in a field where it is my job to search for this kind of info (took me about 45 min to write it down) and since checking this forum has become my coffee brakes routine, decided to share it, because there are so many crap here and so little real info.
I can only imagine how much time it takes „to play by the rules“, issuing all that licenses and building a bank and how mush money they should be spending on lawyers and financial consulting in order to make everything right. But they do not communicate in right and this is not right, since the major amount of work done while working on the project stays unseen by the community.

PS I have noticed that links related to amount of employees are not working, in Lithuania we have a most popular commercial data base, you can also find all relevant info regarding Lithuanian companies there:

I see many people here who have not read the whitepaper asking to list bnk in Binance or other exchanges, but if you have read and understood the project you know that Bankera intends to launch its OWN EXCHANGE !! We will not be listed on Binance because we will be your rival. well, I'm not defending bankera, your team is very bad in communication, we're all afraid of the future of our investment, I have no choice but to hold my tokens, I hope the bnk team reacts and does something great. Some people keep asking binance daily without even reading the script, this is very annoying.

Why they dumped shitcoins on shitbtc not on Binance? Where are the products promised, no exchange, no cards so STFU about whitepaper and road map obviously, you paid shillers are illiterate. There is already investigation going on in Lithuania against this fraud
CMC will also delisted this coin in the near future.

You're a liar! Payment cards are available. Morris1987 is a liar. He has no proof.

Kid complains about crypto losses in a bear market. Classic.

600% is way less loss than other projects who are below 97% ATH.

Every decent ICO goes below issue price. It’s all about hype and gloom.

O yeah baby, this are your arguments? Really? In one year all what they did was stealing money no product just dump, dump. Fuc....shillers.

From the the roll out of this shit...coin the price is just droping. No one wants to enter into this scam. Not to mention there is no more  volume plus they are under investigation that is why cmc decided to delist this scam.

Those Scamkers are in close cooperation with EOT token scam which is lead by the convicted criminal Willem Petrum. Willem Petrum belongs into the same gang as Vytautas Karalevičius & Mantas Mockevičius

They used the same tactic. Telling people about super top notch blockchain phone called: "Bitvault" people paid fot this scam and lost their money.

STFU. I invested 2.5k € and from December till now I got 5€ of interests but my loss is like 600%!

https://ibb.co/dWAzid

Off course I would not be here and warning potential investors about this fraud if I had not invested. I would be pretty much happier and NOT bother with this situation.

why so much bitching about bankera?
Bitcoin is growing, and the BNK rate is flying to the bottom! The token is already worth $ 0.004, sympathetic to investors who were waiting for the "Golden mountains" from Bankera.

Actually that is not a bad price compared to the regular post-ICO dip in the midst of a bear market. And this thread is more active than ever. Keep up!

Warning investors from this FRAUD will prevent potential investors to NOT invest into this crap. But I know no one will want to buy this shit coin since there has no functionality and was madE only to deceive the people.
