my two cents ...imho we don't need banks.
what we need is an service provider who processes payments made with any crypto. And the other way around: You might want to have a service/bank account, that you can give to fiat-money users. The payment processor receives fiat and gives you your desired crypto.
If you call it a cryptobank, call it that way.
The general idea of crypto currencies is to have no need of a bank or any other centralized institution.
You are some what right but when the crypto economy will be adopted by masses then they will need much more financial services that will be provided by these crypto banks, so they have huge huge potential.

and an extra aspect is the negative trust of the initiator of the thread. this we have to look more into detail no avoid being scammed.

It's just you
This is a common practice, to market the ICO. Most offer bounty or affiliate programs. You have exchanges who have affiliate programs to lure clients in. Look at it as part of marketing

yes I don't like referrals in ICOs as well, but it's quite small reward so don't think it's scammy.

We are ahead of similar projects as we already have a fully-operational MVP - SpectroCoin where we currently issue IBANs.
