I have the same problem, I think they are scam, I have my Bis in this wallet, anyone know nothing of this people, please help.

The web-wallet is run by the community member @Euroline, we are trying to reach him on here and Discord to fix the web-wallet.

Anyway I have a feeling that when people ask for new exchanges, they expect that that we hit a major one, one of the top 10.

yeah it's still new exchange , but listing the coin there will have benefits like people being able to play gambling games with BIS so it's not only about the exchange part

app hangs every few minutes, non functional. Windows10.

Here everything runs smoothly, i use the wallet to claim the twitter reward and to buy eggs from dragginator. Maybe is something in your PC that slow down the connection or is any conflict.
