Just found out about this project, and it's very promising.
Great project, lots of good news. Although this is difficult for ordinary people. But there are many advantages. I wanted to try the booty BIS

We are working on it, but with no result so far, some big exchanges refused us in the first place, some don't lists new coins at this moment and some didn't answered to our request.
We will keep trying, until we will bring to you a top exchange, unfortunately we can't tell when this will happen.
Which big exchanges are your current targets? Could you tell me about them, please.
Binance, Poloniex, or HitBTC, any of them?

Binance, no, as the listing fee is too high, only ICOs can get listed there atm or well established coins. Poloniex, yes, HitBTC yes, also Bittrex, KuCoin, OKEx, Bit-Z and Huobi.

When a big exchange?

Also, users pressure is an important factor.
That pressure is better be driven toward the exchanges than the team.

The team does its best and submits listings, is willing to assist for integration, even specific dev if needed. But I guess an important factor in the decision process of the exchanges is "do our users really want that coin?".

There you can help, raise awareness of bismuth, tell the big exchanges (twitter, discord...) you want bismuth.

Just found out about this project and glanced over it and it is very promising. I wanted try mining BIS but I am a CPU miner and based on network hashrate, it doesn't seem worth it. However I will try to buy some from Cryptopia and will set up the node.
Could you advise, how many BIS you have to have for running MN ?

This is all we can say about masternodes at this moment: https://github.com/EggPool/BismuthHowto/blob/master/Masternodes/masternode.MD

HAHAHA that's awesome.
annnnnd we wait Sad - but for this coin it's well worth it.
not to mention ppl would be stupid not to buy now, cause when "altsareback" you can bet your ass this coin will be going to the moon.
good luck trying to buy enough BIS for a MN! ha.
 Cool

Yeah, I'm waiting for the masternode release, got a bag of coins ready. Hope will happen soon, keep up!

These packets fly

Still doesn't work with the latest release downloaded and install after removing the previous install (just left the key in there which really should make zero difference).

Wallet says active version: 4.2.4.0 in red with latest version: 4.2.4.3  Huh

4.2.4.4 is a pre-release, as you can see on github, please use the previous one.

I can't "Send" coins now.

- unlocked the wallet
- hit "Send"
- dialog pops up, cannot edit any values

Am I missing something?

You need to edit the values before you click "Send"

How does one attempt to edit the values other than moving the cursor around in the pre-filled form and whitespace? It doesn't allow an insert or I'd change them and then click Send...... that's the problem.

Try to make a clean install of the wallet, with the latest 4.2.4.4 version, tested on windows 10 and I don't have your problem.

Yep, did this a few times.. will wait until the next release I guess.

You are right. CPU-days are over a long time ago. The coin is still low at the moment so buy them is a good option. Do not buy too many due to I will buy a few in 2 weeks =) Good Luck anyway

Glad to see many new release. I will give me it a try later and post if I have any feed back. But, I don't think there will be any to post. Because it has been well tested it.
